Inside Regency Towers #407 East, the main living space brings everyone together with a comfortable living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Plush sofas invite you to relax after a beach day, with one sofa converting to a queen sleeper, and a Smart TV ready for movie nights. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass door that opens to the private gulf-front balcony, where a bistro set for two is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the water and pool. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare beach snacks or home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms at Regency Towers #407 East are designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, Smart TV and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, which also houses the washer and dryer. WiFi, cable and bed and bath linens are included, and the unit comes with parking passes for two vehicles.

Shower in one bath doesn’t drain properly. The bed supports in one bedroom were all lying on the ground under the bed upon arrival. The dryer won’t dry the clothing, even after two rounds. Sensors on doors so they know when you come/go and under sinks to monitor your stay, with one sensor going off for no reason causing staff wanting to enter the room. Staff at the facility we encountered were rude. TV’s were hard to work for the young and old who stayed. One bedroom tv never worked right. The good: was very clean, great location, and facility. Beach area was easy access and clean. Balcony area was nice with good view.

We loved our stay. It has ocean views, pool view. It was just very lovely and you could take the stairs or elevator to your room. We stayed a week and did not wanna leave.
