Chena Aurora View House

Where to begin...our property is our family home and this party was our first VRBO guest. Prior to this, we used our beautiful home for visiting family and friends and as an Aurora viewing house for our tour company. We believe that the reason for these lies is that the employee that was staying there didn't want to travel 22 miles into town. He fabricated excuses to us and his employer, who booked the house, in order to have a place to stay close to town and get a refund. They would not have otherwise received a refund. We had been communicating with the employer and flat out told him that none of his employee's claims were true. We also contacted VRBO, and they said we don't have to give any refund and if we did, it would be very generous of us. We refunded 35% of their booking, even though we would not be able to rebook to anyone else during their stay period. The employer proceeded to text us using profanities because he didn't receive a full refund. So we stopped communicating with him. We have five other airbnb listings and have super host status on AirBnB. The pictures of our home accurately reflect the house. It is super clean with no bedbugs. Several guests have stayed there since with no complaints, only compliments. We also had a group out there the other night to see the Aurora and it was spectacular.
