Everything was as advertised! We didn't rent a car on this vacation. Driving alot for my profession i was nervous but I would recommend not renting a car. Everything was a easy walk or the free trolley was a excellent way to travel the island. We will do it again! Highly recommended!

The location and privacy was amazing!! Great to have beach access and an outdoor shower the pool was perfect and clean loved the lights at night and very happy to have a washer and dryer to pack all clean clothes., plenty of bath towels and beach towels ! Thank you for a great vacation spot

Cabin 1 was perfect for my husband and myself. Property is an easy walk to the beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Plenty of beach supplies on hand… chairs, umbrellas, etc. Pool was warm and nice to relax around as well. The cabin had everything we needed and we would come back again.

The cabin was spotless and comfortable. The in room essentials were super sparse. From the tiniest bottle of dish soap, one trash bag. Etc. for a couple who decided to not get a car or golf cart it was an inconvenience to get to a store that had any of that. I think a tiny bit more generosity for the price of the cabin would go a long way. The locale to the beach was good as well as shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet also.

This property had everything we needed for two people. The wagon/umbrella/chairs for the beach was awesome. It was definitely just steps to Holmes Beach. The cottage was clean and the washer and dryer was a must. We are going home with all clean clothes. I only have one suggestion for the bathroom and that it needs some kind of little stand to place makeup items on. There is a small three tier basket stand but wasn't appropriate for makeup etc. otherwise this cottage was a 10 out of 10. We will be back :)

This condo was very comfortable for my wife and I. It was clean, the pool was perfect, and there was a free washer on site. I would totally recommend it for couples because its cozy and comfortable. The beach is a little farther than advertised but it is not that far. So it was no big deal for us.

Would definitely stay here again! The walk to the beach is phenomenal and awesome for sunsets. Close to coffee shops, stores and more. Make sure to look at the tiny sailboat signs for the actual room number not the listed number above the door. It was super clean. Water pressure/temperature was hit or miss. Super comfy bed. I do wish the room had more overhead light rather than lamps but it wasn’t bad since we were really only there to change/sleep! Was stocked with everything needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc.

This was the first time we stayed here but it won't be our last! The cottage was the perfect size for us and it came with beach chairs, umbrella and even toys for sandcastle making! We enjoyed the layout of the cottage, the shaded porch and the pool area. It's literally a block from Holmes Beach. We communicated easily with the property management and appreciate their friendliness and responsiveness. Thank you for welcoming us to beautiful Anna Maria Island !

This was our first time visiting AMI. We spent 2 1/2 weeks here and had a great time! Starting with day 1, this place was clean and had everything we needed. We prepare most of our meals and I really appreciated the upgrade in cookware! It's a perfect location to get anywhere on the island! We'll be coming back!

Quiet and Relaxing!

I brought my 12 year old granddaughter with me on vacation and we stayed in cottage #1. Cute cottage and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend any of Spinnaker cottages. Pool was clean and warm, lovely beach just a short walk away.

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and shower to wash off.. the beach supply closet had everything we needed. The pool felt like bath water and was never busy; the pool design with the royal palms just felt like paradise. The bed was super comfortable which I was worried about leaving my pregnancy pillow at home while 32 weeks pregnant. Plenty of towels and laundry on site. We had such an amazing trip and a lot had to do with the property being everything we needed.

Vacation!!

Although we experienced our first tropical storm, our stay was amazing! After the storm the rental company had reached out to check in and make sure everything was okay! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s a great get away and quiet place!

Lovely, quiet bungalow with great beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet cabin by the beach. Having the swimming pool right next to us was a big plus. There are actually 5 units of various size on this property, so this would be a great venue for a multifamily gathering. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely perfect for two adults and a 10lb. Morkie. The owners parents were on site and were absolutely great ambassadors for AMI and the property. Closeness to the beach (5 minute walk) was great. Beach was great. Highly recommend.
