Le Captain's Quarters est entouré de paysages tropicaux luxuriants, proche de tout, mais avec le sentiment d'être niché! Cette belle location de vacances est situé dans Holmes Beach et se trouve à seulement 250 pas de la plage!

Spinnakers se compose de quatre locations de style cottage. Les quartiers du capitaine est une maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain avec une cour privée clôturée. Il y a une piscine partagée pour profiter, avec tous les quatre chalets ayant accès à la piscine!

Avec un roi, la reine, et deux ensembles de lits superposés, il y a beaucoup de place pour la famille à étirer et se détendre lorsqu'ils ne sont pas à l'une des belles plages Anna Maria Island. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet toute votre famille d'être ensemble pendant la cuisson, manger, et à traîner!

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à explorer l'île, vous pouvez sauter à bord du tram gratuit AMI qui fonctionne tous les jours le long de l'île et a un arrêt non loin de votre porte.

Les quartiers du capitaine est Pet Friendly! Si vous emmenez les membres de votre famille à fourrure, des frais non remboursables de 150 USD par animal vous seront facturés par animal après la réservation. Very cute place with a lot of charm! Place was in the middle of everything you needed for a great trip! The area itself is very quiet and very pleasant too. Only negative thing is the beach chairs and umbrellas can be upgraded but other than that small issue highly recommend this unit for you’re next vacation to AMI!!

I think this was our 4th or 5th year staying at this property. We love it! It has been perfect for our family of 5 (and now 6) adults. It has everything we need to cook dinners in and its just a short walk to the path down to the beautiful beach that we love so well! I'm sure we will be back next year!

The property was exactly the way it was described. Two adults, and two children over the age of 10. This is our fifth year on the island & we know the location well. This was perfect for us. The walking distance to the beach was ideal, and after a day in the sun coming back going in the pool made our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again !!

The pet-friendly cottage was in a great location from the beach. Master bedroom bed was comfy. My daughter said the bed she slept in was really firm. No complaints from my son with his bed. Overall the cottage was neat and clean. The floors needed to be mopped. Kitchen was great, although we needed some oven mitts to take hot pans out of the oven. We used the kitchen towels that were supplied to us. Overall, a great place and had no issues.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazingly clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of five. All the bedrooms were private and nicely laid out, and we especially loved the master suite with its large closet, bathroom, and convenient laundry room. The closet cubbies instead of dressers were a surprisingly great touch—we loved being able to see and organize everything!The kitchen and dining area were large and open, making it easy to cook, eat, and play games together. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved it. We also loved the outdoor beach closet with chairs, floats, an ice chest, and THREE beach wagons. Such a convenient bonus!The location couldn't be better. The listing says a 3-minute walk to the beach, and it truly is! Walking through the mangroves to the beach felt like walking into paradise.A few things to note: the mattresses were not very comfortable, and the bed frames felt a little less sturdy. The second bathroom is also quite small and may be challenging for several adults sharing it.We also had some confusion finding the correct entrance, as the actual entry is around the side of the house. That needs to be disclosed in the check in info, just would have been helpful. Overall, we had a beautiful week and would absolutely consider staying here again. We fell in love with AMI and made memories we'll never forget!

This is our 3rd year staying in this cottage and we love it! It is always clean, well stocked and perfect for our family's needs. It has been completely renovated since the hurricane and the new kitchen is just lovely. We enjoyed cooking almost all of our meals here and it had everything we needed. Girls trip made it out of group chat!

Our girls trip had a fabulous time on Anna Maria island. We stayed in the captian quarters, which was clean, comfortable and great location in Holmes Beach. The pool is a salt water pool and very refreshing for afternoon swims. We rented beach bikes, and were able to bike to most places on the island from our house. I highly recommend this place for your stay on the Island.

Great place to stay!! This is a great location to beach access. House is clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again! The shared space was still private and we couldn’t hear neighbors at all from our space. Property management company was super responsive to any question and we had the best time!

Wonderful stay at Spinnakers Cottages

Our family of five adults had an amazing stay in this lovely cottage! The decor made it so homey and cozy. Everything was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and communication was also very easy. We loved the easy walk to the beach! We especially enjoyed the front porch area that this particular cottage. We would definitely return in the future!

Lots of laughs

This property has recently been remodeled because the listing was different than what we arrived to! Everything was perfect! The courtyard was perfect for morning coffee! A short walk to the beautiful beach using the chairs well stocked from the VRBO. The heated pool was amazing to relax in after the beach. Beds were comfortable too!
