Peaceful & Updated Baxter Beach Cabin - Private Sandy Beach w/ Amenities

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cabin while also having the peace & quiet one desires while Up North. Our association has a private sandy beach for your enjoyment as well as private docks, a basketball court, fish cleaning shack, and outdoor fire pits. Our cabin is minutes away from Brainerd, Baxter and Nisswa, all of which have so much to offer from zoos, go karts to breweries and restaurants. Every detail has been thought out in our cabin!

Our cabin has two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
1st Bedroom - One Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds

Futon in Living Room for extra sleeping spaces.

All beds, linens and furniture are brand new for our guests! We provide shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for all guests as well as a hair dryer in case you forget yours.

Our cabin has toys, games, movies and puzzles for the quiet moments while inside. Outdoor items include a basketballs, footballs, sand toys for the beach, charcoal grill, picnic table and various outdoor items. The association has a community firepit area for your evening enjoyment. We are a small association of 13 cabins so you will likely make wonderful new friends while visiting.

Brainerd, Baxter and Nisswa are all wonderful towns with ample things to do while you are visiting. We provide a list of recommended activities upon checking in to the cabin. This list includes local boat rental companies as well in case you do not have your own boat!

There are several laundromats near by if you need to do laundry during your stay as our cabin does not have a washer and dryer.

This is a great fishing lake for panfish . Our association has a private boat launch so you can bring your own boat or rent one from a local company who can deliver the boat for you. You can clean your fish in the fish cleaning house on site, just remember to please clean up after yourself.

The cabin was just what we needed for a couple day stay. The cabin itself was great, very well kept and clean, cozy and warm decor, had all the essentials for cooking, charcoal grill, bathroom ammenties, even games, puzzles, and movies for when we were indoors during the evening hours. The grounds are well maintained, other cabins are very close to each other, we did not mind, but if you prefer more private or secluded, this would not be fir you. The beach area is small, especially for a shared beach, but is clean, the lake is so clear. Our boys were able to fish a little off the dock. If you want a more peaceful quiet little retreat, this is a good option, was very calm for Labor Day weekend.

Nice Cabin

The cabin was just the right size for our quick weekend to Brainerd for the races at BIR. Beds were comfortable and there were ample towels, etc.A couple of minor inconveniences: some of the dishes were dirty that we took out of the cupboards to use, we just washed them up, so not a huge issue. Internet was spotty but not a deal breaker.Overall a great little getaway and the views on the lake were spectacular, especially at sunset.

Beautiful cabin! Very clean, cozy, and cute! Host is responsive to questions, and it was a beautiful place for a bachelorette trip. The cabin is in a shared association, so there are other cabins close to it, but the lake is a short walk away. Shared firepit and some common amenities. Plenty in the area to drive to if you don’t want to stay in that one spot!

It was perfect for our weekend girls trip! The cabin is very homey as well as being clean! The check in process was easy and we definitely will be coming back!

Cleaning company had not shown up prior to check-in but Shara and her husband got the cleaners there within about an hour of contacting her. Great location, great host, and great weekend!

A perfect "home base" in the Brainerd Lakes area

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little cabin property. It's a small, private community -- very quiet, and those we met were very friendly. However, it's also super close to everything -- very easy to access modern conveniences (grocery, pharmacy, even urgent care) as well as area attractions. The property was set up perfectly for children -- our 5 and 3 year old loved their room, with two comfy single beds and a wall-mounted basketball hoop in between. There were toys and puzzles to play with (much appreciated) and outdoor toys like sand toys and balls. I appreciated that the cabin was super close to the water, but not directly ON the water -- small kiddo safety. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed - comfy linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Absolutely no issues and we'd love to stay here again sometime!
