The space
The cottage is located on a paved road with easy access to state highway and located in a park like setting. Home is surrounded by fields and woods. You may encounter wildlife such as deer, fox, opossums, turkeys , raccoons etc. , it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The inside of the house has a cabin type feel. There are three outside areas to relax on; deck from master suite, front porch and screened in back porch.
Guest access
All areas of the home except small owners closet and furnace room. Detached garage is not accessible.
Other things to note
To accommodate our guests with allergies, NO PETS are allowed. Smoking is allowed around fire pit area only , not in the house or surrounding porches.
In addition to a water softener this house has a water filtering system located next to kitchen faucet. Great for coffee, cooking etc.

Fireplaces are not available at this time.
