The experience was nothing short of excellent. The host’s communication and check-ins made my first time in Nashville a wonderful experience. The house was impeccably clean, and the pictures don’t do it justice. I highly recommend it.

The host was very helpful and communication was great prior to and throughout our stay. The house was spacious, very comfortable, and in great condition. It was perfect for our trip with kids and grandkids. The location was very covenient to downtown Nashville and many other areas of the city. We highly recommend!

Reservation was made easily. House was exceptionally clean. Had everything we could have needed. The kids loved the bunk beds and having one fully equipped bed/bath on first floor helped with older family member. 7 opinionated folks stayed here and everyone had nothing but good things to say. Short uber ride to all Nashville had to offer. Would rent again. Already looking up flights for return trip.

This place did not disappoint! Looks exactly as the pictures portray! We were in Nashville for our daughter’s 21st birthday. She had 5 girlfriends with her along with some family members. The room upstairs with the twin bunkbeds was PERFECT for them. They were able to all get ready together - lots of mirrors and a vanity. The main floor living area was really big and spacious for our whole group to eat and hang out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was about a 10/15 minute Uber to downtown depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again! Cal was an amazing host and responded to our questions in a timely manner.

House was very comfortable, close to downtown. We used Nash Vegas Vans to get us to and from. They were awesome. Overall, wonderful trip.

Bigger then expected

The house was bigger then it looked in the pictures. It worked great for the entire family. My only recommendation would be to not sleep in the downstairs master if you want to sleep in past 6am. The family that slept upstairs said they had no issues with sunrise in the room. Cal was easy to communicate with. We had a few small issues but he responded right away. We would recommend staying here

Extremely Comfortable and Close to Downtown!

This was a beautiful home with many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Close to both downtown Nashville, as well as Opryland.

Great place. Easy to take an ubor or lyft to downtown nashville. Cute cofffee shops and bar around the area too. Loved the local artist arts throughout the house.

Amazing house and host!

Cal made sure our stay was amazing! Great location with rooftop view of city. First floor has a bedroom with connecting full bath and a half bath. Main area of first floor was kitchen, dining area and family room area... all in open floor plan which made it fun to spend time together!
