Un endroit trĂšs calme dans "Le Parc Vigier", l'une des rĂ©sidences les plus prestigieuses et recherchĂ©es de la CĂŽte d'Azur avec vue sur la mer et un magnifique parc avec une vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante remplie de nombreux beaux arbres et arbustes Ă  fleurs. La vieille ville avec son cĂ©lĂšbre marchĂ© ouvert, ses restaurants, ses boutiques et sa promenade n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied. «Le Parc Vigier» est trĂšs recherchĂ© car il a une vue magnifique sur l'entrĂ©e du port de Nice qui a toujours un mouvement passionnant de bateaux, yachts et navires. Bien que vous soyez au port, avec tant de restaurants, de boutiques et d'activitĂ©s Ă  votre porte, car cet appartement est en bordure du parc, il est tellement calme et paisible. Vous vous rĂ©veillez avec le chant des oiseaux et les beaux sons de la nature, mais vous traversez le parc et vous ĂȘtes au port et au centre de Nice. C'est un endroit parfait. Excellent location with outstanding views. Quiet area close to restaurants and shopping..

The process of renting this property was easy and simple..The place was very nice and clean... We had a little problem learning how to operate the washer. We were very satisfied with our stay at this apartment.. John from Arizona USA..

Luxurious Apartment - Everything you need for a romantic riviera break

Everything about our stay here was excellent. Quiet location, but close enough for a short walk to the local bars and restaurants and public transport links to Cannes, Monaco and Villefranche-sur-mer, which are all worth a visit. The apartment was clean and well equipped with beautiful views from the balcony. We were met at the apartment by Lucien, who spoke very good English and was extremely helpful in showing us how everything worked and providing directions to local amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when we come back to Nice.

Excellent, what you see is what you get

Lovely apartment in a relaxing residential setting but ten minutes to the center of Nice. What more could you ask for. Large Carrefour supermarket a five minute drive with free underground parking is a big plus making easy to stay in when you want to. The location is perfect we took the boat from the harbor (5 min by car) to St Tropez and Monaco both great trips and no car hassles. Stay here you’ll love it.

Wonderful apartment

It is in a quiet area, yet near the port and Old Town. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. We were there during Carnival fortnight (February to March) and the home was warm. Although we travelled to Nice by car, we found a parking space outside the block and left it there for 3 weeks, just walking or travelling by tram or train to places. It will be even better when the tram line to the port is completed, especially for people arriving in Nice by train.

A very NICE holiday

The property was all and more that it said on the website. On entering for the first time we were absolutely overwhelmed with the apartment it was spotless and very beautifully decorated with paintings etc. The kitchen was again excellent with all the units and implements needed for a successful self-catering holiday. The bedroom was also very tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The patio was a good size with a lovely views over the harbour and park and we used this daily for meals and drinks in the evening. This apartment is the best we have ever stayed in and will be recommended to our friends and family

Elegant with a terrific view

The property exceeded our expectations. It was elegant, quiet, nicely furnished, and had a large, modern kitchen. The washer and dryer were a big bonus too. It was great to wake up every morning and to view a beautiful park and the Mediterranean Sea just beyond the park. Stores and restaurants were a short walk away too. Public transportation was easily accessed. The Old Town neighborhood was about a 25 minute walk away. The property is located on the opposite side of the port from Old Town in a quiet residential area. Our host, Lucien, was gracious and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

We hesitate to recommend this apartment - not because it wasn't excellent [it was] but would rather not let this great secret out and then find it is harder to get a booking later. We have visited Nice on many occasions and this is without doubt one of the most comfortable and well appointed rentals that we have ever experienced. From the fully equipped kitchen to the availability of satellite TV with Netflix [and more] to the comfortable bed and the excellent shower there was nothing that we didn't enjoy. It was truly a home from home - not something that you can say about most tourist accommodation. With the number 38 bus on the doorstep we were only ever a few minutes from almost any part of the city. Our dealings with the owner were smooth and easy and Lucien, our local point of contact, was most helpful. The entire experience was five stars without doubt.

Wonderful property for experiencing life like a local

This was our first time using HomeAway and we were so pleased with our experience. This property is as lovely in person as it appears online. Svitlana was super to work with as far as booking and answering our questions. Lucien was very kind and check in and out was easy. We are clean freaks and need our quiet. This apartment is clean, quiet and well located to Old Town. When the tram 2 line is finished to the port, this will be a super easy trip from the airport or train. We chose to visit the fresh market for provisions and enjoyed making breakfast and dinner in the apartment, dining on the balcony- gorgeous experience and view!!! Kitchen was well appointed and stocked with very basic pantry staples. The 38 bus stop is right outside and it is easy to connect to visit other sites outside of Nice. The is also a nearby Utile convenience store within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property.

Ideal Accommodations

This apartment was excellent for it’s location but also excellent for comfort. When we were not out and about the apartment itself was excellent for relaxing. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed was very good and the balcony, with its nice table and chairs, had a beautiful view of the park and the sea and we enjoyed every meal out there. And the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. And the location itself was idea for us. The bus stop was less than one minuted from the gate. There were three beaches for swimming just across the street. The check in procedures went very well. the owner kept us well informed and the person who checked us in showed up exactly to the minute on time. This was our first time in Nice but if we visit here again, this will be the first apartment that we will be checking for availability. It met every expectation that we had for two weeks. Comfort and location.

Couldn't be better

Definitely one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. It's such a lovely and well kept home. Very clean and comfortable. It was a great place to land after long days traveling around the south of France. It's walking distance to restaurants, right by the water and also placed next to a very nice garden park. We really enjoyed dinner on the balcony looking out towards the water. It's about 15 min walk from Old Nice and 30-40 min walk from the center of Nice, but it's a lovely walk. My only caution is that it was sometimes difficult to book an Uber or Free Now, often drivers weren't avaialble. For those that came it usually took about 15-20 minutes. I recommend booking a driver when leaving for a flight to guarantee it comes on time. It was great to work with Lucien and Svitlana. They were both very responsive and accommodating of our flight changes, which was a very early departure. Lucien was also responsive when we experienced a small plumbing issue with the shower -- he solved it in a reasonable amount of time. We'd be honored to stay in this property again in the future.

Stunning, brand-new apartment with sea view

Words cannot express the beautiful experience I had this summer in Nice thanks to the owners of this stunning, brand-new one-bedroom apartment located in the Résidence Le Parc Vigier on the Port of Nice . Walking into this apartment truly feels like coming home (or perhaps entering a 4-star hotel). It is complete with beautiful furniture, chandeliers, and marble floors; a fully-equipped kitchen; 1.5 bathrooms; new linens and towels; and air conditioning (a rare and truly rewarding find in the south of France during the summer!) Your every possible need during your stay in Nice has been anticipated and met by the family owners of this apartment. In addition to the amenities listed above, you will also enjoy a large-screen television, DVD player, and sound system; automatic window shades that close with the click of a button; and the additional comfort and security of living in a gated community. You will have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and easy access to all of the delights, cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants located on the port and along the beach. There are multiple bus stops within five minutes' walking distance that can take you anywhere you want to go in the south of France. It was truly a pleasure to correspond and work with the family owners of this apartment, who are kind, accommodating, and professional in every possible way. I cannot say enough good things about them, and if you are looking for a safe and luxurious place to stay in Nice, I cannot imagine one better than this apartment. Once again, many thanks to the owners for the wonderful memories they made possible for me this summer!

Oasis

Un trÚs bel appartement. Parfaitement équipé, ce qui est rare. Dans un environnement calme et trÚs beau tel une oasis. Et trÚs bien situé. 2 petits bémols quand on est 2: un seul jeu de clef. Et pour garer la voiture dans la résidence, cela dépend des places libres restantes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
