Excellent experience! Beautiful view, great communication, easy check-in, several thoughtful touches such as water, milk and wine in the fridge, beach chairs. Space was perfect for the two of us and our luggage. Easy to get to old town by bus and tram. Value for money!

My daughter and I stayed in this apartment last April. It was just right for us. We enjoyed the balcony every morning for breakfast and every evening for a glass of wine. Great views of the Boulevard. I also enjoyed being able to walk on the Boulevard in the am and in the evening. There is a nice grocery right around the corner. Very convenient. Room was clean and host was helpful. I plan to stay again in a few years.

This apartments was wonderful! A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 min bus ride to the middle of old Nice. They also provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas if you want to go to the public beach.

The property is just as described, actually better. The pictures don’t do justice to the real thing.The beautiful view is absolutely breathtaking.The unit is well stocked with games, books, information, towels, extra bedding, toiletries, and everything else you could ever need to enjoy this paradise.Host communication was excellent.Parking nearby too.We will definitely be back. Found our new home away from home.

Excellent location. Close to 2 tram stops and easy walk to the beach. Judy has a notebook with a wealth of information on things to do and places to go. Zero need for a car. It would only add anxiety to your vacation. We walked all around Nice and visited 6 cities and towns nearby. We also took the ferry to Monaco to see how the other half lives. Overall a fun time. This unit is in a great location to make it all happen. As an added bonus we could sit on the balcony with our coffee or wine and watch the planes take off and land. The photos include sunrise, sunset and the mansion that belongs to Elton John.

My family loved this vacation property and the beautiful view! We appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. We would recommend this place to others however maybe best suited for a couple oppose to a family of 4 as there aren’t shutters or blinds in the main room so early wake ups for those on the pull out are inevitable in the summer. The outdoor patio was a very nice size and lovely to eat our breakfast on. Thanks to Krista for showing us around.

This place was in an absolutely perfect location with a beautiful view.Every bit as beautiful as it looks like on the advertisement. It had many items for us like chargers and plenty of dishes.And toilet paper et cetera. The bus stop is literally right in front of their apartment.For either direction, I definitely recommend getting the seven day package for unlimited bus.And the tram is also one block behind the apartment, which is also a wonderful resource. I suggest going to j m burger for reasonable lunch and dinner deal. It is a wonderful little, simple restaurant that's very laid back, just a block away that also has a peak of view view of the ocean.

Beautiful view and central location, this Vrbo was perfect for our honeymoon trip to the South of France, we were able to easily take day trips and enjoyed the sunset on the balcony. Very comfortable and the owner did a tremendous job of providing everything that could be needed. Her housekeeper was easy to coordinate with for our arrival & the apt as clean and had a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

The apartment is small, but very well furnished and there was nothing lacking in equipment. It is on both bus and tram routes into Nice centre, and an enjoyable walk as well. First time we’ve stayed in this part of Nice, and the sea view was worth it.

Our apartment was a perfect place for our first visit to Nice. We recommend this lovely apartment and lovely walks on the Promenade.
