Cet appartement « Garden of Eden » vient d'être entièrement rénové. D'une superficie de 70 m², il est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un hébergement bourgeoise unique, nichée à flanc de montagne sur le Mont Boron. Il est aménagé avec style, confort et couleur. Le jardin de 90 m², offrant une vue imprenable, dispose d'une cuisine extérieure et d'un espace barbecue. La vieille ville de Nice se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture, et le supermarché Carrefour est accessible en 5 minutes à pied. D’excellentes liaisons de bus sont disponibles à moins de 5 minutes à pied, et il est facile de commander un Uber.<br>Le nombre de places de stationnement réservées aux résidents est limité ; celles-ci sont attribuées selon le principe du « premier arrivé, premier servi ». Vous trouverez également quelques places de stationnement « hors voirie » à quelques pas. Le stationnement n’est pas garanti. Veuillez également noter que l’appartement est situé à flanc de falaise ; il y a donc pas mal de marches et un petit ascenseur pour y accéder.

I stayed at the apartment with two friends in early September. We had an absolutely amazing stay. The check in process was really smooth, we were given a lovely tour of the paths to the apartment (accessible by both an elevator with a short set of stairs or a slightly longer route on the walking path). The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

The property is amazing, clean and welcoming, a home from home. The accommodation was perfect for two couples to enjoy the French Riviera, we spent time exploring the area using public transport and we also enjoyed spending time in the apartment itself. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available including the garden with outdoor furniture and the laundry facilities. The air conditioning was fabulous and very quiet. The beds and the showers are perfect. The views from the garden are spectacular and enhanced our enjoyment. The well equipped Carrefour is very close for provisions and handy bus routes are convenient (evening buses are less frequent so we used the Uber App). There are steps up to the property even when using the lift.

Everything regarding this property was fantastic. The location was perfect for getting around. We did not rent a car and just used uber, local buses and trains. From our time of booking - the communication with Pam was great. Pam greeted us at the apartment and showed us around and was available if we had any questions during our stay. The kitchen has all the amenities needed and we loved having a washer dryer to use. The best part was the terrace. We enjoyed sitting out there and the view of the ocean was incredible. I should also mention there is a very large grocery store about three blocks away where you can get everything including wines etc. We stayed in September and it was warm so it was very nice to come home to air conditioning. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to come back and stay again.

Perfect stay

The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of swimming spots nearby and a great base to explore Nice and surrounds. We spent many balmy evenings in the garden enjoying the stunning view - thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful property. Well located and easy to get around by transit or car. The views were fabulous from the garden and in the area. The accommodations were perfect - clean, well laid out, updated, parking if you needed it, everything was just perfect. It was a bit of an adventure to get to the lower road with some stairs to navigate but there is an elevator to help with most of the height.Pam was super courteous and helpful getting us situated and answering all of our questions. She greeted us late in the day and took the time to explain everything. She was easily reachable if we had any questions.Our stay was so nice that we would definitely come back and stay here. Without hesitation I would recommend this property!

Stunning Views and an Excellently Maintained Property.

Pam was lovely, and brilliantly helpful and communicative. The property was in excellent condition. Well-appointed, well equipped, and immaculately clean upon my arrival. The air conditioning was also fab, and very very welcome. The compact kitchen had everything one would need, and the bathroom in particular was really lovely. The garden was beautiful.HOWEVER. Access to the property was difficult, to say the least. If you have limited mobility, this property will likely be off limits for you. You must either go up in a minuscule elevator, or climb several flights of very steep stairs; not always ideal in the heat of a Niçoise summer. That was, however, the only downside!

A wonderful 7 night stay in this beautiful property. The apt is as advertised, location perfect for numerous activities and the host Pam was lovely to work with. With the bus, grocery store and several cities so close by it makes this property perfect for so many reasons. The apt was clean, comfortable, and the garden made sunset evenings romantic. We were only 2 but this apt easily hosts 4 with the two separate bedrooms and baths. Having a washer dryer also helped with managing beach towels and bathing suits. Thank you for a memorable stay and safe beautiful spot to spend our time in Nice.
