Cet appartement spacieux est situé sur les falaises du célèbre Mont de Boron, à l’est de Nice. Des vues renversantes de toutes les pièces sur la Méditerranée, du phare de Ville-Franche sur toute la côte de Nice jusqu’à Antibes. Deux chambres principales, chacune avec des lits doubles. Le grand salon, bien aéré, donne sur une terrasse de 30 mètres et sur un petit jardin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un plan ouvert sur le coin repas (8 places), et une vue sur le confortable salon équipé avec télévision par satellite, lecteur DVD etc. Unique dans cette propriété, vous trouverez un ascenseur privé menant au niveau de la rue d'où vous pouvez marcher vers la plage ou la ville, qui dispose d’un service d'autobus dans toutes les directions. Cet endroit paisible est parfait pour apprécier les villes, les plages, les montagnes et surtout les vues renversantes sur la méditerranée. Une location parfaite.

The apartment was a wonderful space for a week getaway. Wonderful view at the sea through all windows, equipped comfortably and with style. All you need to feel comfortable. Pam was very friendly and supportive to our questions. Very happy to return during our next November Nice week

Our stay was delightful. Pam our host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The views are awesome, and the garden/patio area is the perfect spot to unwind with a book, a glass of wine, and those views of Nice, the sea, and Cap Ferrat. While technically the home is an apartment, it feels more like a standalone bungalow with the layout, the garden/patio area and the views. We never heard any sounds from our neighbours. It is very private. The location is ideal. We went for a daily morning walk for 30 minutes behind the complex, up a modest hill to the Sentier des Agaves, with a walk through a lightly forested area around the point to a life-affirming display of the sunrise over Cap Ferrat, something my wife and I will never forget. And there is a great 30-minute walk down to the Nice port and Old Town, mostly along the sea - where you can watch the inspired swimmers, even in mid-January. A tremendous vacation home, highly recommended!

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Happy you enjoyed the views and the location. It takes 10-15 minutes to arrive to the seafront. It sounds like you dit not use the daikin air conditioning system that can keep the dinning room area and bedrooms nice and cool. Shutters are not allowed due to the building restrictions. Stunning property, excellent stay

We were very happy with our accommodations and would return in a heartbeat. The property is beautiful from the glorious patio overlooking the sea to the comfortable furniture to the well supplied kitchen. The location was ideal, enabling us to take advantage of public transit for many many outings. One of the best holiday rentals we’ve experienced.

Amazing spot to visit Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The photos do not do it justice - it’s better! The views are incredible, the location is perfect and quiet. Pam was amazing to deal with and gave us some good tips on how to get around. We loved staying here.

Amazing Stay in Nice!

Location is everything and this place is anazing. The place is well equipped and the views are unbelievable. Close to grocery store and has a garage for your car. It does has a lot of stairs to get up to place, so pack light.

Exceptional apartment

We can safely say that, having been staying in various places in Nice over the past 10 years, this apartment was by far the best place ever. Well-equipped, finely furnished, very well kept with excellent management support from Pam. And the view!

Pretty and relaxing

Beautiful scenery from this property. Great location, we walked to nice and cap ferrat, the coastal walk is stunning. Pam was great with check in, I did read about the stairs to get up to the property from the street level and that wasn’t a big deal. Prettier than the pictures in the ad

Truly the best vacation place we have ever stayed.

Everything about this place is perfect! The Location, cleanliness, space, amenities, the host Pam is fabulous! We did not want to leave after five days. Waking up to those views every day is incredible. One day we even cancelled plans and stayed at the property all day!

The best location and view around

As expected, the view from the apartment was amazing and really makes this place very special. The apartment itself is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is stacked with high quality appliances which makes self-catering very easy. The apartment is decorated very simply and stylishly. Could not recommend it enough.
