Beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable apartment. Owners expertly selected furniture that offer ample seating yet maximize the space to make it feel spacious. Although not sure it would be good for more than two adults. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely book again!

Great well stocked condo. It is definitely a tight fit for a family of 5 if you have to get the extra twin bed out. On the quieter side of ocean city which was much appreciated. It was wonderful to have covered parking and easily accessed the elevator. About 20-25 minutes to the boardwalk and 40 minutes to assateague island which was a favorite!

The place was very nice, everything you needed for your stay and clean. Very close to the beach and walking distance to anything you need. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area is also safe. Living area has comfortable furniture and the bed was nice also. great place!

Great little condo

My husband and I spent 5 days in north OCMD which is the best, most clean and quiet part of Ocean City. The condo is adorable, clean and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. We may make this an annual trip we liked it so much!

Great condo with easy access to the beach, literally just a few steps away. You get an assigned parking spot so you never have to worry about that. Linens are provided as well, which is great, and the bed was very comfy. The Xbox helped keep my kids (and me) entertained. Plenty to do within walking distance. Also, Northside Park. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Clean well equipped and comfy. Bed was super comfortable. Ceiling fan in bedroom appears to have no power going to it. Would definitely rent again from nest villa.

This was one of the best locations I have stayed at! It was clean, everything was better than expected! This particular stay was for our wedding. This ended up becoming the bridal location to get ready with all the space, getting ready was wonderful! I couldnt have asked for for!

This place was fantastic for our needs. It is only steps from the beach (even closer than I expected), and the dedicated, covered parking close to the elevator was a big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching a family of dolphins play in the water! You can tell that this condo is enjoyed by a family that takes pride in the ownership. The condo was very clean and there were thoughtful touches throughout, like comfy furnishings and lots of extra blankets. WiFi was fast and reliable. The basket of starter supplies was greatly appreciated as I forgot my shampoo and found some waiting for me.In addition, I’d like to highlight that this property has an ideal layout and location for single female travelers (or those traveling with a child). The bedroom is tucked in the back away from the living space (and balcony), so you’re able to block the condo door, then close and lock the bedroom door and block that as well. This location felt very safe but I always take extra precautions when traveling alone, and I felt very secure here. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again!

This was an amazing condo! We loved it so much, and would definitely return! We appreciated the extra amenities on site. Our umbrella broke, and we were glad there was one there in the closet. We loved the view of the ocean, and the couch and bed were so comfortable! Unit was also very clean. Important information to know , you DO NOT need a parking pass for this condo even though it says on the Rules sign by the elevator that you do. We confirmed that with the property management upon arrival when we couldn’t find one.
