You'll also have a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleep space. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use and, of course, free Wi-Fi.

Located on 103rd street, the Atlantis is a great location to enjoy all that North Ocean City has to offer. There are movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, wave runners, stand up paddleboards, Mopeds and even water slides all just a short drive away. You will also be close to Northside Park for participating in sporting events taking in the Sunday fireworks! Parents will love easy access to 2 grocery stores, and some of the best restaurants/bars that Ocean City has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* There is $60 resort fee that is due at check-in. It is paid to security at check-in.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. An additional parking spot is available on a first come/ first served basis and is $10/ per day. It is paid in cash to security at check-in.
* This condo is on the 16th floor. Atlantis is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 104th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
