Condo de plage récemment rénové avec vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon!

Ce condo au 2e étage vient d'être rénové et dispose de 2 lits neufs dans la chambre, une reine et un complet. Canapé tout neuf avec lit Queen dans le salon. La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, Wifi et télévision par câble. L'unité a également quelques chaises de plage et un parasol pour les clients. Il vous suffit d'apporter votre linge de lit, vos serviettes de plage / piscine et de bain.

Facile, pratique et relaxant! Ascenseur avec piscine, à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, de la vie nocturne, des divertissements et plus encore. Situé à l'extrémité nord d'Ocean City, à proximité de la ligne DE pour les achats hors taxes. Assistez aux feux d'artifice tous les dimanches du parc et centre de loisirs de Northside City à quelques pâtés de maisons. Un espace de stationnement réservé avec un grand parking gratuit dans la rue entourant le bâtiment.

Great location

Condo has easy access to the beach. You have everything you need for your stay. Great view of the ocean from your balcony. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The location is perfect to go to the beach or walk to restaurants. Checkout the park across the street too. Great communication with response to any questions I had. Would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is in a great location with lots of places within walking distance to check out. It was very clean & well equipped. Phyllis was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

We were all happy with our stay at Top Royal North. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the weekend, and there are plenty of dining options in walking distance. The blocks around the 120s and higher skew a bit quieter, but the beach is right there and Northside Park is just lovely. Definitely would stay again.

Clean, location was great! Pool was clean. The owners were wonderful to deal with, prompt with responding. I would definitely stay there again. Only thing I really didn’t like was the couch, not very comfortable No lighting above the dining room table There was light and it was sufficient just odd.

Accurate description and perfect location

The description was 100% accurate and it was only steps from the beach which with two little kids was perfect. It was quiet, well kept and clean. The host is proactive and responsive . Perfect spot for a small family.

It was very comfortable, close to the beach and suited my needs. Only problem was somebody was parked in the designated space when i arrived and there was no way to reach property management on the weekend for assistance. Small issue.
