This beautiful beach house is nestled within the picturesque Destin Pointe Community on Holiday and comes equipped with everything you need for family fun, including 2 stand-up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 6 surfboards that can double as boogie boards, a ping pong table, and a corn hole set. It's the perfect getaway for creating unforgettable memories.

The home boasts a spacious layout, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Each of the four bedrooms offers a tranquil retreat, while the three bathrooms ensure ample space for all. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, offering a plush retreat for ultimate relaxation. Among the remaining three bedrooms, one has a king-size bed, one boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third provides versatile sleeping arrangements with a twin over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, perfect for accommodating various guest preferences and needs.

Located just steps away from the boardwalk stretching over the serene Lake Christina and leading to the pristine Gulf Beach, adventure awaits at every turn. Enjoy leisurely strolls or bike rides past three of the community's sparkling pools with four adult bikes provided for exploration.

For beach enthusiasts, two convenient access points and seasonal beach service promise endless days of sun, sand, and surf. Meanwhile, sports enthusiasts can indulge in friendly matches at the onsite tennis and pickleball courts, followed by a rejuvenating workout at the fitness center conveniently located within the rental office.
