It's a unique spot due to its close proximity to a special beach with calm waters protected by the jetties, making it a beloved location for snorkeling. What's more, it's just a four-minute stroll from the house!
This lovely home boasts multiple balconies, a community pool, tennis court, and stunning views of the East Pass. The exterior features large balconies with a view of the East Pass, an outdoor living area, and an observation deck accessible via a spiral staircase. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a cozy farmhouse kitchen, and beautiful living areas. The third level also includes a queen bedroom with its own private bath.
On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms: a primary king bedroom with a private bathroom and a large private balcony, a queen bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom, and a bunk room with a private bathroom, perfect for kids and singles.
Parking is available for up to three cars in the garage and driveway on the first level.
