IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
• Minimum age to book is 25
• Our home is in a gated community, and it is required for all guests to
complete the Guest Registration form per community rules. You will
get a docusign email right after booking to sign the form.
• Guests must register at the gate upon arrival. Please note that security
is strict about only letting in registered guests through the gates.
• The HOA enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the
reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan
accordingly.
• When using community amenities, must follow the community rules.
• Vehicles with 4-wheel drive recommended during winter months
because of community’s steep and winding roads.
• This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks
and Ring exterior floodlight cameras (facing front driveway and back patio space), for your safety and peace of
mind.
• ***NO parties or gatherings of non-registered guests, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500
• No loud noises after 10 PM
• ***NO fireworks in or around the property, violators of this rule are subject to a minimum fee of $500

PARKING
• The driveway should accommodate 4 cars
• The driveway is not currently paved. There is a little stream that runs
under the driveway, so please note that in the winter months when
there is snow, be cautious to back straight up onto the main street
between the large boulders so you don't get stuck.
