Cozy and convenient rental near the beach!

Wow that’s unfortunate… The place was once a recording studio and Near the Bay here is bad for reception and it’s more of a place to unplug for a few days. The place is quirky, and we are straight forward about that, but we have to do the best we can w limited space and creating a no contact, peaceful stay. There is no sink in the bathroom, just a shower and toilet. There is the kitchen sink on the adjoining wall so most people just take two steps further to brush their teeth, and it’s not a big deal. There is a few shelves next to the mirror, which is above the toilet. We put an extra mirror in the closet and one near the bed, so someone can use those. The bed we recently bought and it’s medium firm. The sheets aren’t extra thin but we bought extra soft ones- we thought that’s a good thing? There’s tons of lights in the space tho. I’m not sure how the lighting would be considered bad. I think it’s a good option compared to spending a lot more money at the resorts near us. We offer the best rate, by far, of anything without a shared space in this area. To give you an idea, resort at Watercolor is around $600-750 a night, when we are around $75-125 this time of year. Somehow being reasonable is a bad thing in your review , but I would agree if you can pay that much more then go ahead. It is nice but cost so much more. I don’t blame anyone but if you d rather put that money into enjoying the area and having a peaceful place to stay, then we are your place 100% in this area. If you easily see the bad in things rather than the positive then yes, you might feel this way but luckily you are the first person with those expectations, which are unrealistic, as there is always bigger and better right? At least you said it’s clean and quiet… We accept all reservations without delay. We have put a lot into the place and I hope your review won’t dissuade anyone else from staying with us and enjoying our area and The Beach Cave. It is good to know we named it correctly and a cave is a good place for a relaxing stay after all. So though we don’t foresee having you back, I appreciate that you gave it a try and I hope other hosts meet your expectations better. It hurts to face such criticism but certainly we all face adversity, and we will continue to get better!
