Location, location, location!! So many restaurants to walk to near by, quick walk across the street to the beach, and the 30A beach chair service was super convenient.

Perfect for a long weekend

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable. There is a coffee shop and other resturants just downstairs. It was quiet and very nice. The beach access is right across the street. It's clean and decorated so cute.

Great spot!

Loved the location - accurate that it’s right across the street from the beach. Also right above great shops and bars/restaurants. Could use some updating in the condo and building overall but nothing that put a damper on our stay! Would definitely love to come back.

More than expected.

This is a neat compact property with excellent view. Great location to public beach. Food and live music below but everything goes quiet after 8pm so you can sleep. Traffic can be a bit noisy during the day though. Great value for the money.

Great little get away...

Condo was just as listed. Location was great as well as the view ! The only down fall was the building is not in great shape. Not the owners fault. The building is just aging as everything does. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend the location.

room was ok....needed repairs and better cleaning..under beds and bath..area was noisy early and late... would have enjoyed another area away from this one better. access to beach easy...beds were good...would not rent again because of noise.

I picked this property because it is across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a studio with enough space to store your belongings, shower, and sleep. AC and fan worked. Wi-Fi was good. No dedicated parking but I didn’t have trouble finding a spot. Shower was outdated and could use some minor improvements. Overall clean. Did not use the pools.

Good value stay

Gulf Place is our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was in good condition, with a good view of the Gulf, and ample supplies. The mattress needs an upgrade.This is the first time there has ever been an issue with the elevator. It wasn’t working all weekend and we were on the 4th floor, so we got a little exercise, coming and going.Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next people that stay.

Just what we needed.

Location was perfect!!! We were right over shopping and dining with the beach right across the street. We arrived late but it was easy to check in. The room is mostly set up like a hotel room (which was all we needed for our short stay). Not sure we would take advantage of the dishes there since there was no “kitchen”, but the mini-fridge and microwave were appreciated. Our only problem was that we had four people but only one of us got a hot shower. Not sure if that was a unit problem or building problem. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Someone entered my place while sleeping during the day - they said it was a mistake and gave me a little discount I never felt safe after that and I’m not sure they are not entering places all the time without telling you - I called main number and they had no information on someone coming Also no internet last two days I did not feel safe at all Ruined my sstay
