Great house and location

Check in and check out are easy. Owner responded quickly to our questions. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in Richmond.

Wonderful weekend!

We travelled to Richmond for our son’s college graduation, and this was the perfect spot to stay for our family. Every room had its own bathroom, the beds were really comfortable, and the place was spotless. It’s really close to nice downtown restaurants, yet on a quiet and family-oriented street. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great Location

It was very clean, very easy to check in. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable and just a short drive to downtown Richmond. The host was great and very communicative

Very comfortable house

We were three adults staying for a few nights. It was nice that each room has it's own bath (One room the bath is right outside the door but very close)The apartment is a second and 3rd floor with the main level on the second floor and the terrace and larger bedroom on the 3rd floor.The house was comfortable, clean and cozy. Having a parking space off the street was nice.The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home with awesome accommodations! The hosts are super responsive and very welcoming!

To start, the hosts are very responsive and thorough. The home was very clean, the layout of the home has a lot of personality and is super comfortable! The home is equipped with all of the essentials and accommodations one could ask, from top notch kitchen equipment to cleaning supplies. It is always a plus to leave cleaning supplies on hand for guests to maintain the home. Every room had items to assist with keeping the home clean and organized. My family loved the bonus gaming system remote with endless classics to play and enjoy with loved ones! Classic board games and great books for entertaining guests. The mattresses were great, comfortable, and soft bedding. The towels were clean, and extra towels if needed. The home can accommodate larger families and gives plenty of privacy and space for the entire family! Being a traveling nurse, we needed to stay longer, last minute the hosts made accommodations for our family. (We got lucky the next day was open in their calendar)! Thanks again!! Parking is easy and located right behind the home, and the highlight is the rooftop to can some sun and great views of the city! The home is close to many amazing shops, one of the best espressos at Brewer’s, and a short drive to many stores, the highway, and a huge choice of restaurants! A comfortable stay in historical Manchester Richmond, highly recommended and will definitely stay again and again!

Great location-convenient, walkable, feels safe, quiet, ample free parking, nice space overall, could use more curtains in bedrooms (bring eye mask), had a delayed check in due to an issue with the cleaner which was ok, good communication from owner but unfortunately the back up cleaner missed spill on carpet, there were stains on all 3 comforters, large chair and chair pillow, we were expecting a futon couch in living room based on listing but there was not one- owner said this was a mistake in listing so hopefully it will be fixed. Other than these issues stay was fine, good price, nice upstairs deck. Appreciated that there was coffee. Note there are 2 flights of stairs.
