Our home is perfect for staycations, business trips, extended stays, and first-time travels to McDonough. Home is tastefully decorated to make your stay one to remember.

We are available by phone, text, and/or Airbnb messaging from 8 am- 8 pm for all non-emergencies and/or questions.

This property is located in an agricultural area. So expect Wildlife such as Deer and other animals that are native to this area. Also certain residents in the area have ranges on their land. On the weekends during daylight hours you may hear gunfire.
No parking on the grass. No street parking. The maximum number
of vehicles in the driveway is 4.

Please DO NOT BLOCK Suite B's Driveway.
To not disturb Guests Staying in that property.

No smoking inside the home. Guests will be charged $500.00 for
additional cleaning if we find evidence of smoking inside the
home.

Quiet hours must be observed between the hours of 9:00 PM and
8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are subject to a base day
booking fee penalty for check-out after 10:00 AM without prior
approval and must vacate the property.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any type.

Violation of the house rules are grounds for immediate
termination of reservation without refund and guests must vacate
the property.
