Enjoy your time off at this peaceful location located on the outskirts of Clinton. This studio housing has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private deck where you can hear birds chirping and see the creek down below. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Walmart and Interstate 75. In 15 minutes you can experience Norris Lake where boating and fishing can be enjoyed. A short 30 minute drive will get you to Windrock for all your off roading adventures. And if city life is more of your speed, we are a quick 25 minute drive to down town Knoxville where live entertainment, shops, and culture can be found. It is a great location for whatever your plans! This is a non smoking, no pets, new build that people with allergies and asthma will appreciate. This Studio housing can accommodate up to 4 people, with a queen size bed, and a couch with two recliners. This place is located on the owner's property above the detached garage. The detached garage is separate from their house giving you plenty of space and privacy. It has a Smart TV and a gorgeous view depending on your preference. Come experience it for yourself, you won't regret it!

Loved everything about this place! It was exactly what I needed for a quick stay to visit my son (a new Vol) and take him to the Tennessee-Georgia football game. It was 25 minutes to Neyland stadium, but the setting was so peaceful, that it felt like a world away. Very quiet and private. Everything was set up perfectly, and it was immaculate. Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and quiet. Had everything we needed except a coffee pot and mug. I read up and brought my own. This spot seems safe, looks like new and is well thought out with the decor and layout. Owner is reasonably responsive, very professional and took care of us. Would definitely recommend and will be back

Private Nook!

Outstanding place. Book it if you can get a chance. Tucked away on top of a garage, this place is a gem. The deck views are beautiful. Especially in October. It was a great little place for my wife and I and our infant (one year old) to get away for the weekend. Great location and clean place with everything you need on a budget. Debbie is very helpful and makes the check in and accommodations simple and easy. We would definitely book this place again!

Weekend getaway to Neyland

Booking was confirmed instantly. I didn’t have to do the whole wait 24hrs deal. Upon arrival everything was great we followed the instructions getting in and they are very simple. The room was great everything looks brand new. Felt right at home with our crew. Will be back again. Thanks Debbie!

Immaculate!

The cleanliness was beyond expectation. Most people like coffee first thing in the morning but there was no coffee pot. The silence was welcomed. Could live very comfortably in the spacious setting.

Super clean and comfy!!.We were so blessed to find this quaint and cozy retreat. The layout of everything was superb. Host was exceptionally helpful - appreciated her tips on good places in the area to hike, fish , shop ect... We were very satisfied with the entire experience. Although house was next door it was a good distance away affording comfortable privacy. The property and neighborhood are lovely and felt peaceful and safe. The deck was a favorite spot in the morning to enjoy my quiet time as I listened to the music of a glorious array of birds,- some I Ihave never heard before. A walk down to the creek was equally enjoyable to this nature lover.So thankful for the lovely place to rent.
