NoKno Flats is another project by the #QBrenovation team located in the 4th and Gill historic neighborhood. This lovely apartment is ideal for couples, or smaller groups who want to be near downtown. ☆ Walk to Coffee, breweries, and restaurants ☆ Be anywhere downtown in 7 min car ride ☆ Highway access 2 minutes away. ☆ Free Private Parking ☆ Washer/Dryer NoKno Flats is made up of 2 buildings and 5 total apartments. There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking is available, as well, but pay attention to the areas with "No Parking" signs, please. Suite #3 is made up of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a kitchen/dining area and 1 full bathroom. The suite is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. In the living room is a cozy little faux leather sofa, a chair and a TV; a great spot to relax after a long day out and about. The TV is ready to connect to all your personal, favorite streaming options! This unit has an "eat in" kitchen/dining combo that seats 4. The table can also be used as a workspace, if needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and basic cookware you'll need to dine in along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with walkable amenities... Walkable points of interest: Blossom Bowls 0.1 miles K Brew Coffee Co. 0.2 miles Ale Rae's Gastro Pub 0.4 miles Domino's Pizza 0.5 miles Yee Haw Brewing Co. 0.6 miles Magpies Bakery 0.9 miles Not recommended to walk, but a short drive to: Balter Beerworks 1.4 World's Fair Park 1.7 miles Knoxville Convention Center 1.8 miles Market Square/Downtown Hub 1.8 miles Knoxville Civic Auditorium 1.9 miles Neyland Stadium 2.7 miles University of Tennessee 3.3 miles You will have full use of all of the apartment all to yourself, which is located on the top floor of the back of the left building (white house with wooden shutters). There is a staircase at the back of the building that leads to your apartment that has about 15 steps, so it is not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. You will have designated parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area behind the home, but the parking area as a whole is a shared space between the other apartments. The host will be available if needed during your stay. This QB Renovations property is located in North Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. Walk past dozens of cute homes in this up and coming neighborhood to some of Knoxville's staple restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops such as K-Brew Coffee Co, Blossom Bowls, and Central Filling Station Food Truck Park. There are 2 designated parking spaces located in the back of the property for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 7 minutes or less. Enjoy a 0.5 mile walk through the neighborhood to several restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops on N Broadway. Great self check-in experience! Check yourself in with the keypad. There are 2 other apartments in this building so there is always potential you will see or hear other guests during your stay. You are expected to be courteous of other guests staying on the premises, and any issues will be addressed immediately. There is a lawn mower shop located next door and there is a potential for noise coming from that business. There is a tv with streaming capability, available for you to log on to your personal streaming subscriptions. We do not offer paid cable or streaming services. NO pets or animals allowed, NO smoking of any kind permitted, NO parties or gatherings.

Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Manager was very responsive. Close to UTK campus - great alternative versus pricey hotels on weekends.

Comfortable Stay

The place was very nice and exactly what we wanted. The manager and owners were very respectful and answered questions fast. It made our stay very enjoyable. Just a fair warning, it is not in an ideal area with lots of homeless people walking around and run down places but overall it was fantastic!

It was our first SEC football game and this place worked perfectly for our needs. Very clean and so nicely decorated. Also great location for doing all the things we wanted to do for the weekend. Property manager was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend this place for many reasons.

Absolutely Perfect!

I’ve stayed in a few other properties by this owner and they never disappoint! Location was great, place was very clean, and have shampoo and conditioner was even better. The stay is located at the back of the building and you have to go up some stairs but that wasn’t a big deal. Definitely recommend this property and any of the other properties that they own!

Charming and cozy

Pros: Beautiful Decor Comfortable bed ❤❤ Clean Linens were soft, clean and good quality. Details: A supply of well thought through toiletries were available (not for long term use) for that first weary night after travelling. Keyless entry Roomy bedrooms Cons: Living area chair could def use refurbish Parking was a bit tight for large vehicles Upstairs View Could not open windows Overall we fully enjoyed our stay! The bathroom was clean, fresh and comfortable. The thoughtfulness of property owner made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Perfect location

I came to visit my daughter who lives nearby. It was so convenient to be able to walk back and forth. It is a sort of commercial zone, not super quiet, no outdoor space. But the unit is beautiful has has everything you need. The tv situation is complicated for those without streaming services, know your passwords!!

flat was nicely decorated and clean. the shower handle is broke so hard to get the hott water on. if you like to sleep in the lawnmower place next door will not allow that…. mon-fri they are repairing and working on mowers bright and early through dinner.

Janet, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I wish you had reached out to me about the shower handle. It is not broken. It slides side to side and is not one that you twist and turn. I could have easily helped you with that had I known you were struggling. In addition, we do disclose in the listing description that there is a lawn mower shop next door, as we don't want guests to be surprised. Regardless, we wish you all the best. Thanks for staying!

Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus.
