Jane was great. She did an excellent job accommodating our need for scent-free loading (as one of us is reactive to artificial fragrances used in cleaning and laundry). I recommend her, and this cozy unit on quiet street not too far from downtown, for anyone who wants an easy, comfortable stay.

We didn't spend much time here, but we enjoyed our stay in this cute, artsy cottage. The full kitchen was well-stocked; we appreciated the extras such as snacks, sparkling water and coffee creamer. The location was great, as was the off-street parking.

Kind host & lovely spot to stay. Pretty and cozy interior and cute covered back deck. Visiting our Univ of Oregon freshman, it was so nice to have a place that felt comfortable for 5 night stay and our Duck appreciated coming to visit for study breaks.

Jane’s place was as advertised, artistically decorated, comfortable and inviting. There is a nice porch area and a great couch/sitting area. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the location convenient. Highly recommended! Jane was highly communicative and responsive.

Jane is a superlative host. Not only are the accommodations clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming - she also includes so many thoughtful amenities. I was weary from travel after getting my college age kids to town and settled in their apartment so it was extra nice when, at the end of the day, I returned to the cottage to find the fridge stocked with waters and other beverages as well as snacks in the kitchen. She also provided a generous amount of coffee along with cream and sugar and a selection of teas. I didn’t cook on this trip but the kitchen was well-equipped should you choose to do so. I appreciated the included parking spot too. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to paint with the supplies that were provided. I highly recommend Jane’s property for your stay in Eugene.
