Unit 774 at Island Winds West is a beach-front, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit (820 square feet) featuring a well-equipped kitchen with both a regular drip coffee maker & Keurig, washer & dryer, WIFI, and a spacious balcony overlooking the beach. Ideally located on the 7th level, the open living area has tile floors, a couch with Ottoman, accent chair, a small table with seating for 4, plus 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, wood-plank tile flooring, and a private bathroom. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed and a flatscreen TV. Making use of the sofa sleeper in the living area, unit 774 can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Island Winds West is located immediately west of the of the Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard intersection, commonly referred to as the “T”. This area of Gulf Shores is a popular, family-oriented area with numerous restaurants, shopping venues, beach activities, and entertainment all within walking distance. Island Winds is the closest condominium development to The Hangout and main public beach area in Gulf Shores making it the ideal spot for your next beach vacation. This Gulf Shores condo rental is known for its proximity to the Hangout in Gulf Shores. It is only 300 yards from the Hangout restaurant and music festival. Complex amenities include beach-front pool, children’s pool, fitness room, and BBQ grill area.

Other Things to Note:
Parking pass is paid separate from the reservation at time of arrival for $50. Only one is allowed at the complex. If you have a second or third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex, for $50.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 24 years older to book. A person 24 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be NO refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
