The host was super helpful and addressed all of our needs. The house was perfect for our family. I would only recommend fixing the pigeons, automating the parking gate and adding some additional kitchen tools. Overall it was a pleasure.

Alex was an amazing host, very responsive, very clear instructions, amazing property. Went with 10 girls for girls trip plenty of room ,amazing pool , able to walk to grocery store and cook at the house. We the house !

We arrived at this accommodation due to an issue we had originally booked with and the change was very favorable, both for the quality of the property, comfort and equipment and for the location near Eagle Beach and the Superfood plaza. The neighborhood is residential, different from the hotel zone, but it's not something that bothered us. A special mention to Hanny for being always attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house

The house in San Miguel was lovely. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A living room, kitchen, dining room and an upstairs sitting area. The outside had a nice sized pool, outdoor kitchen and front courtyard. It had an upper floor outside sitting area as well and a nice dining area by the pool. So many areas to spread out and relax. The house has been well maintained and is good shape. The kitchen is equipped with just enough cookware to make simple meals. If you choose to eat in you will need basic condiments as I saw salt and pepper and Montreal seasoning. There is one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one hand towel. Plenty of dishware and cups and enough silverware for about 8. The bathrooms all have pump aloe shampoo and body wash that was the best stuff I’ve used for my hair!. Plenty of bath towels and three rolls of tp to a room. No cleaning equipment is left so I couldn’t really do much more than wipe up the countertop with paper towels. Might be worth investing in some basic spray cleaner and a few dish towels. While not the fault of the management company there was a strong sewersmell in the one upstairs bedroom. That room was not useable.The office was contacted and sent someone right away to figure it out. It did take a few days to dissipate from the bedroom. However we noticed the same smell in many areas of the island so not sure what it comes from. At any rate management was great and easy to deal with. Despite this one incident I highly recommend the property.
