I stayed in another Loft condo 2 years ago. This was not in as good a condition as the last. Carpet filthy, stains on wall(we cleaned them up), dishwasher has broken pieces, cabinet doors hanging, baseboards filthy, bathroom exhaust fan barely works bc it has not been cleaned. The pool is cold and the hot tub is hot but the bubbles do not work. It just feels like it is not well maintained there. I love the area and wish it had been better. We had a smoke detector battery die so it went off in the middle of the night. Called the property manager and they said they would send someone out. No one ever came, but we found extra batteries to change out ourselves. For the cost, I think there needs to be some maintenance for the entire property and better cleaning crews

We did send a team member to the home, but they chose not to disturb the group in case someone was sleeping as they heard noise but did not see anyone, and left replacement batteries for your convenience :) We are sorry you found the carpet, walls, baseboards, cabinets, dishwasher, and bathroom fan below standard, and that the pool and hot tub did not meet your expectations. We truly value guests bringing these concerns to our attention, as we ask in our pre-arrival communications, so we can address them promptly and ensure a better experience.
