We loved our stay here and the price was very reasonable. Michael responded quickly to my questions and the view from the 23rd floor is great! We would definitely stay again for future visits !

This condo was exactly what my family and i needed. The condo had enough room for a family of six, it was clean, and not to mention the balcony with gulf view was great! Its also close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. The host is quick to respond and very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an amazing stay here. The view was the best ever! We had a rocky start as the fridge was not working but the owner went out of his way to have us a new one put in that day! The beds were comfy. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. There was 4 beach chairs provided to use. We would absolutely come back and hope we can. The one and only thing I'd recommend, is bring toilet paper. We were only given one roll. Other than that everything is perfect!!!

Wonderful view from the balcony. Property is very conveniently located to shops, stores and restaurants. Communication with owner was excellent. Answered or responded to calls immediately. Exceptionally kind and friendly. Balcony furniture and inside recliner need to be replaced as they are very dilapidated. Closet doors in bedroom need replaced as they will not operate on the tracks effectively and the condo could use a deep cleaning.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay excellent view. Took a moment to get used to parking and elevator trips but once you understand how the resort is built, you will understand best way to load and unload. The room was nice King Bed, nice amenities.

Best Beach in Florida!

Amazingly clean beach! The place is wonderful. We made lots of memories. Good hiking spots, food, and views! There are a lot of activities to do there.

Great place

Loved staying here. Everything that was listed about the condo was spot on. Could use a little sprucing up but still enjoyed it. Will definitely stay again. I would recommend before taking luggage to room to find out exactly how to maneuver your way from parking garage to your room to make it easier.

Wonderful time at the beach

The condo was clean with a fantastic view. We had plenty of room for a family of 4 which was 2 adults and 2 kids. The owner was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay again in the future. The condo is located close to everything and easy to get to. Hope to return to panama city beach again soon!!!!!!!!

Good price for location. Bed is very uncomfortable. Check-in was delayed because of cleaning. Overall a good rental.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH – UNINHABITABLE, DANGEROUS, AND TRIP-RUINING:Do NOT be fooled by VRBO photos; this unit was an absolute nightmare—filthy, unmaintained, and unsafe.Hygiene & Broken Promises: Arrived to caked-on stove grease, FILTHY ceiling fans, floors/carpets, and dirty ceilings and walls. The owner promised cleaners who never showed up.Dirty Bedding & Blood: Master bed sheets had visible fluid stains (forcing us to buy our own bedding), and there was what appeared to be a bloodstain on the wall.Likely Pest Infestation: Found cockroaches and heard mice inside. We were forced to evacuate, book another condo, and lose two full days on the beach.Health & Safety Hazards: Visible shower mold, a dangerous light fixture hanging standard height out of the shower ceiling, dirty towels, and broken mirrored closet doors with exposed glass propped against the wall.Refusal of Refund: Owner refused a full refund for this biohazard, offering an insulting 200 partial refund when we had booked an in entire week.Furniture is torn and patio chairs are broken. Other reviews confirm the owner knows about these issues and ignores them. I have booked MANY Vrbo properties and have never had a problem until this unit!

Great owner, phenomenal view, condo could be better

The location was wonderful, Emerald Beach Resort never disappoints. The owner and communication with him was perfect! The condo could use some work (paint, deep clean, updated furniture, more dishes), it definitely was not the nicest one we've stayed in at Emerald Beach but it wasnt terrible. There was some issues with the cleaning when we arrived but the owner had the cleaning crew come back and fix the issues I was unhappy with. The condo however was very spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Easy peasy

I love it when the process to check in is as simple as putting in a code. Great view from nearly the top of the resort. The only downside was the average cleaning job the place gets. It was not disgusting by any means but could definitely improve. Slap on a fresh coat of paint and this place would be top notch. Maybe an improved bed frame that’s not so squeaky too. The emerald resort was great like always.
