Yes we stayed in October, the 13th through the 17th and again, in November, the 26 through the 30th. Both trips.Where everything that was promised. Very clean and tidy with a welcoming friendly.atmosphere. We enjoyed the stay.And I'll look forward to a repeat visit

We enjoyed our time! The room was nice great view!! The property was clean but it was kind of dusty and i did not like how my son found blood on his sheet after he slept on it one night i almost puked!! They fixed the problem right away but that really had me upset! But besides that room 728 was good!!

Emergency announcements, we were compensated $120 for the inconvenience ! We should have been notified in advance at booking that all this was to occur. We will not be going back to Emeral.

I do see that the issue you are referring to was a property-wide water outage. Unfortunately, this was a situation that was out of our control. Immediately after walking in, I noticed the condo had a damp smell to it. After walking down the hallway there was a large spot of very visible mold all over the wall. I continued looking and found multiple large spots of mold all over the ceiling above the couch. I immediately reached out and they said they would put in a maintenance request. Honestly, after this I just felt like the place wasn't clean I had no idea how this would have been missed during cleaning. The next day I reached out again because no one had come to look at the mold or clean it. They responded again that someone would be coming. I also mentioned to them that the toilet had ran the entire time I had been there and the bathtub did not drain. Someone did finally come and clean the mold later that day. Another person came later to look at tub and toilet but the toilet continued to run until we left.We only had a 2 day stay but if it was anything longer I would have left. It definitely was not what I was expecting and no one wants to spend their vacaruok in a moldy room.

Great Place To Stay

This was by far one of the cleanest condos I have stayed in. Everything is just as presented. My only recommendation would be additional pans/skillets in the kitchen and a fitted sheet on the bed. We love staying at Emerald Beach and would stay here again

What a View

This property was fantastic. The view was breathtaking and the location was in close proximity to local dining and shops. Okay we will definitely use this property again!
