Welcome to your Beach Home Oasis! This budget friendly private home boasts spacious bedrooms and a chef's kitchen. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with large pool, BBQ, outdoor dining, fire pit & comfy pool loungers. The neighborhood is just five minutes to Gorgeous Beaches & Downtown Lake Worth where there are fantastic eateries, shops and parks! Enjoy tropical sunsets and local fruit trees.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1- King bed & en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The room has a ROKU TV for streaming and access to the outdoor pool deck.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed & with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and shower. There is direct access to the pool deck and lovely views from this room. There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience.
Bedroom 3- Two full beds with plenty of closet space, with a bathroom across the hall.

Living Room & Dining:

There is seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 3.

The Kitchen:

The kitchen is full fully equipped with everything you need. There is a drip coffee maker and service for 8-10 guests.

The Outdoors:

There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, a gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, wood-powered fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum!

There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car.


Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the property.

- This house is pet friendly with a non refundable pet fee, up to two dogs only.

Ça commence bien l’annĂ©e

Bien contente du séjour, maison et terrain grand et propre, section BBQ vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont grande, 3 salle de bain dont une sur la terrasse piscine. TrÚs heureuse de notre séjour.

Easy communication with Easy Rentals. We received a complete guideline for the house. The house is spacious and comfortable with 3 bathrooms. The (somewhat dated) kitchen is has good appliences and the gaz BBQ was perfect (we had to clean it first). The airco and the washing and drying machines functioned very well. The pool is more for bigger children than for toddlers. Maintenance of the pool and the lawn were done during our stay so we could enjoy all facilities to the most. Miami is 1 hour drive. We had a nice stay.

The Hood

First off, you're in the hood with a boarding house that appears across the street. People coming and going parked out front of the home sitting in their cars. Doors not locking properly. Windows not shutting properly. Pool green wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Great getaway

We were so pleased with the communication of the rental agency, the cleanliness of the house and the layout. It is a little dated in the kitchen but had everything we needed. The outside was great and the pool was a nice addition.We would definitely stay here again.

Almost a 5 star house.

Spacious very clean house with a great layout and nice vegetation. No clothes dressers instead relying on limited shelf space in closets.Actually very close to a lovely beach in a neighborhood of houses of varying qualities. This house being one of the nicest.

Thanksgiving Break

Overall the property was as described. It was clean and plenty of amenities. Check in was a bit off. We were given the wrong code and instructions. Had to call and wait for a call back for correct code. Other than that the stay was relaxing and peaceful.

Nice home a little dated

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Home was a little dated but comfortable with plenty of room. Property manager was easy to deal and provided a link with information on the home, restaurants and local happenings.

Great family gathering spot

Fun property to rent! We selected Casa Del Sol because of the three bedroom/3 bath arrangement and the pool and backyard. We enjoyed the pool and made use of the grill for family meals. There is some wood rot on the back roof that should be tended to. There is also a broken sprinkler head in the middle of the back yard, resulting in a geyser for 10-15 minutes in the early morning - I noticed it at 6:50am last day as we were up to pack for departure. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The home was well laid out as was the whole property. We loved the big back yard and spent a lot of time in and around the fantastic pool. It was nice having a garage to use as well. Katie was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. Highly recommended host!

Disappointing

Good day, Regarding our stay at 1122 South N Street in Lake Worth, the inside of the house was clean on our arrival but over the course of our stay we had some observations about the property. Please note: Smell of natural gas near the corner of the house at the Master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom unusable. Pull chain broke every time it was pulled! Some light switches did nothing. Garage was cluttered with bed parts and other unusable junk. Area outside where the garbage was kept was a mess. Junk stacked up in a pile. MAJOR PROBLEM. There was extensive mold and mildew all over the A/C duct work in the garage! The outside (plastic) furniture was very uncomfortable and flimsy. We limited our time outside because of this. The chairs around both the kitchen table and dining table were also very uncomfortable. The outside of the house could use some maintenance (paint, repairs to rotted wood). While the location of the property was convenient to our activities on our stay, the overall experience was not conducive to our renting this property again (one of the group even said that he’d rather stay in a hotel where we would most likely have a better experience than we did in this house). Amazing host

Worth the money being spent, Host went extra mile and purchased a high chair and also were happy to help wherever needed. We did ran into an unused pool heating and they happily refunded the charges associated to that. great place to spend time with family.
