Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

•Parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY prohibited without direct permission from owners. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. If an event takes place at the home without approval the guest will be penalized with a fee, reported, and be told to leave the property immediately.

We have a doorbell video camera at the front entry door for security purposes. This is the only camera on the property.
