Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the Beach, Boardwalk, Rides, Games, and/or Restaurants. Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside Heights.
Seaside Heights has become the #1 affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.
We are proud to introduce our new addition to our inventory of summer beach rentals. Your beach home is located in the front house of a 3-family unit. The basement unit is occupied by the owner and the Back unit is a Studio. You will be hard press to see or hear the other guests.
Your beach house is centrally located; approx. 3 to 4 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean.. Carrying all those beach items such a long distance to get to the beach and then forgot something and wasted the whole day going back and forward, is now a distance memory.
Book early so you can have the first pick for your vacation time.

BEACH:
We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.
At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away).
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. With the rental you will receive 1-parking passes that provide free street parking. Additional parking passes are available at $$. Guest must find their own free street parking.
3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
4) Please note there are approx. 5 to 6 steps in order to enter the Beach home. If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you.
5) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.
6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
7) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
8) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
8) The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces
