The third bedroom offers a king size bed with an attached full bath. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner with the family. The unit has a full size washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room.

There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Beach access is just across the street. There are water views from every direction.
Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.
Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25.
**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to the total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit.
The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
