We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and only a few blocks from downtown. The private deck was a nice touch. If we’d come back this way we would definitely stay again. The host and management were easy to communicate with and messaged a few times to make sure all was well.

Cozy Cottage!!!

This quite, cozy, very well equipped cottage was a perfect fit for our weekend getaway! We explored the area's food and spirits. The location is very convenient to great food, breweries and even a rum distillery. Love the private walk to the cottage, outdoor space and the inside very clean and cozy! John's property was even better than described. It was clean, quiet and cute. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful time. The location was walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The welcoming and personal touches that John added (treats, eye masks for sleeping, wine, guides) made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely stay here when we are in town again. We highly recommend staying at John's place when you visit Lafayette.

The cottage was very nice! The only negative is that the description never said anything about being a mother in law sweet … behind the main house. The bed was absolutely amazing
