I can’t recommend this place enough. Walking distance from downtown, gated and super clean! Definitely will think of this place for future visits

We have stayed at this property before, but not this particular unit. It is now our favorite unit! There was great communication with the host. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was secure and convenient. We enjoyed walking to downtown Lafayette to eat. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town. Hopefully, it will be available.

Perfect stay for work trip

Brandon was a great host and the property is very comfortable! I enjoyed relaxing after work each day and the cafe across the street is wonderful! Brandon even helped extra with a little booking issue I was having, he was super professional and checked in to make sure I was happy with the apartment!

Perfect for a weekend away!

We throughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was perfect for my wife and I. It was super clean, in a great area downtown close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife, and the area felt safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Very nice and clean apartment. Location right downtown. Secured parking. Due to location, some noise outside on weekends. Also, noise from apartment above. But nothing too excessive. This place was perfect for our 5 night stay. Everything was fantastic!

Perfect location!

Our stay at Brandon’s unit was excellent! We were in town for the International Music Festival, and his place was a 5 minute walk to all of it! We were able to shop and run our purchases back and get back to the festivities in less than 15 minutes and didn’t have to carry it around all day! Totally enclosed parking! Next time we’re driving the sports car. We noticed cameras aimed at the parking lot, so we’d feel totally comfortable leaving the car parked there! The unit itself was perfect for the two of us and very clean and comfortable! Neighbors were totally quiet, we barely knew anyone else was there! Absolutely would recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great mini-vaca spot!

Very clean and comfortable

This is a very clean and very comfortable unit within walking distance to several restaurants and bars in the original downtown. The owner made it easy for us to add a night to our stay.

My fiancé and I are both travel nurses. We took the assignment not knowing anything about the area. I found this apartment on Vrbo and it has been perfect! It’s located in downtown Lafayette which is nice because there are so many fun things to do! All appliances are new and totally functional. It’s a very clean and well taken care of property! The apartment is decorated so cute and it’s super cozy! I will definitely keep Brandon’s information and be staying here again in the future! He has been a joy to work with and our stay has been nothing shy of perfect!

Great Apartment

The apartment was great and Mr. Brandon was very nice. It’s pet friendly. The only downside is the neighbors got loud on Friday and Saturday nights. There is also a neighbor with an aggressive dog. We kept our distance and stayed in the apartment. Pack extra pillows and blankets. The couch is super comfy!

Listing is accurate. The condo is small, but has everything a couple might need. It was very clean and organized upon our arrival, and the place was within walking distance of downtown Lafayette with lots of restaurants and shops.

Good place to stay

It was a very clean and nice place to stay. Hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent. Only problem is that the neighbor played their music early Sunday morning and we could hear it through the walls. The parking was all taken in the evening time- we still found a place to park though not ideal. Thank you for the stay.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean, quiet and comfortable/cozy. We felt at home since day one. Location was perfect for our daily activities. Brandon was quick to respond to our texts. Next time we are in town we will definately book again with Brandon.
