BOOKING DETAILS

The condo has a very strict 8 person sleeping capacity.
All guests and visitors must be pre-registered and cannot exceed 8 people in total.

ID verification is required prior to check in and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $1000 must be completed at time of booking.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window!

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS
Absolutely NO parties will be tolerated! We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. To be respectful of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in loss of security deposit to cover odor removal, duct, walls and furniture cleaning.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but unfortunately can't accommodate them in our home

POOL HEATING & SAFETY
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. The condo does not allow glass of any kind outside, please use metal/plastic cup tumblers with lid
