Just finished our weekend stay while in town for a convention and had an excellent time! The place was so clean and charming! Perfect space for my family and I. The location was phenomenal and so close to everything we could possibly need while in town. Our host, Felix, was so kind and helpful! Absolute recommend! Hope to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Girls weekend getaway had a fantastic time. Everything was within 20 minutes or less from the property. We'll definitely be back. Felix, the host was fantastic. Any question we had, he was readily available to answer. Thanks again for hosting a wonderful place.

Felix was a great host! He was very attentive and quick to respond to communication. The home was in a great location. We were able to walk around the Louisville campus. Quick and easy drive to the Expo Center for a basketball tournament. I definitely recommend the Old Louisville Tavern for excellent non-chain food.

This is a cute house, perfect for a family or two couples. It is located close to U of L and Churchill Downs. Felix was very responsive and friendly!

The property is about 5 minutes from anything you could possibly want to do in Louisville. The host was responsive and interested in making sure our stay was what we were expecting. A very clean, economical, convenient place to stay and enjoy Louisville!

Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly as it stated!We traveled with three kids, and we were able to cook and relax like normal. The beds were so comfortable and the communication from the host was absolutely wonderful! We felt so welcomed and had a fantastic weekend getaway. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect for vacationers. Most everything you could need is nearby. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable. Checkout was a breeze! Felix was right on top of every communication. Very responsive and helpful.
