Grocery stores are just 1 mile away....even closer, is the Sunnyside Grill at Front Beach Road and Kelly St. serving up a wonderful breakfast and lunch daily (except Mondays & Tuesdays). Pier Park is only about 5 minutes away. Close enough to the action....far enough away to enjoy evenings in a very quiet (golfcart friendly) neighborhood setting. Fantastic evening strolls on the beach at sunset.
