With three levels of living space and a rooftop deck, you can soak up the summer sun in style. Plus, enjoy access to clubhouse amenities, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. A perfect blend of convenience and relaxation at an unbeatable value.
Simply pack your essentials and get ready for a carefree getaway. Our well-maintained property comes fully equipped with everything you need, from a stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces. We provide linens, towels, and essential toiletries (toilet paper & hand soap), while amenities like high-speed internet and entertainment options keep you connected and entertained. You may want to bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
We kindly ask our guests to cherish the peace of our community by refraining from large gatherings. Let's ensure everyone enjoys a rejuvenating stay in harmony with our neighbors.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
