Situated two levels up, it’s easily accessible via stairs or elevator—one of the few buildings in the area with this convenience. The flexible layout accommodates couples and families alike, with three beds to suit various needs.

Enjoy top-notch amenities, including gated parking, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a gym for those who like to stay active. Plus, with the Amtrak station nearby, a car is completely optional. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in front of the building.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and be responsible for the group during the entire stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleep number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
