We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.

-Due to local laws, insurance, or HOA ordinances, all guests must be 21 years or older. Any guest under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for their entire stay. You agree to provide identification when requested.
-Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home
-No additional guests at any time beyond who is listed in the booking without prior approval
-No parties or events
-Wash any used dishes or start dishwasher
-We are not responsible for any items left behind after you check out. If you realize something is missing, we will do out best to get it back to you. If found, we will charge a minimum $25 fee for shipping and handling (depending on the size of the item.) Or you may have someone pick it up in person.
