It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the area! Great Smoky Mountain NP, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Island. We had fun playing Ms. Pac Man. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property and very convenient to the National Park. It was just minutes from Gatlinburg and the park entrance but was also very quiet. We had no problem with traffic getting in and out. We would definitely recommend.

The condo was as advertised; spacious, clean, and within a 10 minute drive to Gatlinburg. It had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor seating could have been a bit better, one of the chairs was broken and unusable. If you're planning to use the pool/fitness/game area (Owner's Lodge) that is closest to the condo be aware that you will need an owner's card to check in and it is closed on Tuesday. Also, plan to drive there because the walk is uphill across a winding road.

This was a great spot for our quick overnight after a Dollywood day! Hosts were quick and responsive to any questions we had. Nice and quiet!

This place is a great spot if you’re visiting the National Park. It’s quiet with a cute stream that bubbles along just steps from the outdoor seating area. It’s also very close to the main entrance of the National Park which made the commute simple each day.The condo was clean and had enough kitchen items to make basic meals. We found that the mattresses had protective covers on them and a company was outside spraying the entire complex for bugs during our stay. We did not encounter a single bug inside.Grocery stores are a little bit of a drive, but WalMart delivery does work.Be sure to read through the amenities list before you go to make sure everything that you want is listed as an amenity.

Everything was just as pictured and better! Location was super close to downtown Gatlinburg, but provided mountain privacy! The bed was super comfy and it felt like we were home!

I wasn't going to leave a bad review. However, after seeing a previous review that I must have missed. Yes, they have bed bugs. They ate my husband and I up. The worst part is we texted them to let them know. Just in case they didn't already know. I know that anyone can bring them in. I was trying to be nice. Their response was I will call a exterminator right now. Not I am sorry. Not can I refund you half. Not a word about anything. The fact that someone already reported it and they are still present is asinine.

The condo has bedbugs. My kid and I stayed in the bedroom connected with the bathroom. We got bites all around our legs, arms and feet. We drove from the condo directly to our home, so nowhere else we could get these bites.Both my kid and I suffered the unbearable itching and no medicine could help us. I got severe reaction on the bites as shown in the pictures. We found a bug running out from the seam of our luggage after we got home. We took a video but this website doesn't allow to attach the video. So I upload a screenshot from the video. It is a bedbug.I almost never wrote any bad review before. However, this time, I just hope nobody else will go through the same suffering as we did. I also hope we didn't take any bedbugs inside our house. I am so worried.

The furniture and bedding in the chalet did not feel truly clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The dishwasher was not working, and there was a new one sitting there in the kitchen but not installed. Unsatisfactory communication with the host about that issue.
