A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

There are four doors in the condo, and all were functioning when I was there doing maintenance a couple of weeks before this stay. I’ll have them checked again to make sure everything is still operating properly. It’s surprising that something such as a door closing would lead to your claiming the accuracy of the listing is not accurate

My whole family had the best time staying here on our vacation! The place was very spacious for a family of 5. Instructions for checkin/checkout/how to get on the WiFi, etc were very clear. The amenities on the property were fantastic, including the indoor pool, the overlook deck with propane fire pits, and the screened in area next to the playground. There was a horseshoe pit, basketball goal, ping pong and cornhole all with provided accessories. We spent hours just doing the activities on site. The drive up the mountain was not bad and the view was beautiful. I would definitely recommend, and if we are able to come back next year we would love to stay at the same place.

The view was incredible. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but it did add a lot of drive time (25/30 mins from Gatlinburg and 40/45 mins to Pigeon Forge). The community pool, hot tub, and outdoor patio area with bon fire pits were a hit with our kids. My only complaint with this rental was the cleanliness which I shared with the property manager. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs had not been vacuumed, it was very dusty, and we found several strands of human and animal hair in the sheets and pillow cases in the master bedroom. It could use a good deep clean before other guests stay in it.

Holly did reach out with concerns about cleaning. It’s difficult for any property to be completely free of a single human hair, but we do strive for that level of detail. As soon as she mentioned the issue, we immediately offered to send the cleaning team back to address it.

Our kids loved going to the indoor pool at night. Condo was very nice and clean kids were super excited when we saw a momma bear and her cubs the last couple of days of our stay. Property is very well kept bears didn’t mess with our stuff just kept everything picked up as the host told us too.

The indoor pool is always a hit at night, and it sounds like your kids really enjoyed it. Seeing a momma bear and her cubs is a memorable Smoky Mountains moment. Bears are very common around my properties — honestly, if someone spent a couple of hours outside looking, I’d say there’s about a 50/50 chance of spotting one. You did exactly the right thing by keeping everything picked up, and that’s why the bears didn’t bother anything. When guests follow those simple guidelines, the wildlife stays wild and everyone stays safe. I’m happy your stay was both relaxing and exciting, and I hope to welcome you back.

The views were beautiful, and the accessibility to downtown Gatlinburg was good. The indoor pool was nice. The kids loved it! Parking was super easy. Free parking in front of unit. The cleanliness was not great in this unit, unfortunately. The kitchen lacked some of the small essentials for cooking.

The kitchen is well‑stocked for normal vacation cooking, and when you requested a frying pan, we added one within a day to make sure you had what you needed. We’ll follow up on the cleanliness notes you mentioned, as those items are always taken seriously. At the same time, I don’t think your ranking is in line with the many positive aspects of your stay or the efforts we made to accommodate your requests. I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
