A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. The property was easy to get into & we had no difficulties with that. There were a few disappointments for us. The description says there is a fireplace, & there is, but there was no way for us to use it. There was no wood or other items to make it possible. It had snowed and we were looking forward to a fire. Also, listed as an amenity is “laundry facilities”. This does NOT mean there is a washer/dryer IN the condo. The description is not clear about that. Lastly, there were some cleanliness issues in the master bath as well as a roach in the kitchen which my husband killed. I will not say the property was terrible, but it did have some issues.

Good quaint place to stay. The host/property manager Ed was very communicative. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The condo was close to the indoor pool/recreation area. We didn't stay in the condo much as there is so much to explore in nearby Gatlinburg and surrounding area! The unit did have a great sunrise balcony view of the mountains. We do think the unit was not that clean. Upon arrival we could see toothpaste marks on the bathroom sinks. Dust was visible on lamps and in the bedroom areas. Pink water mold on shower heads was noticeable. Additionally, the floors were very dirty upon arrival making our socks/feet black within just a few minutes of shoe removal, and my wife ended up mopping the floor and wiping counters. The unit has a good mountain feel to it, but could use some updates overall.

Our kids loved going to the indoor pool at night. Condo was very nice and clean kids were super excited when we saw a momma bear and her cubs the last couple of days of our stay. Property is very well kept bears didn’t mess with our stuff just kept everything picked up as the host told us too.

The views were beautiful, and the accessibility to downtown Gatlinburg was good. The indoor pool was nice. The kids loved it! Parking was super easy. Free parking in front of unit. The cleanliness was not great in this unit, unfortunately. The kitchen lacked some of the small essentials for cooking.

Host was very helpful when we had issues with the door. Worked with us and made sure we had a way in.The views were absolutely breathtaking. Close to the indoor pool. The drive from the entrance at the road up the mountain to the condo was about a 10 minute drive, but worth it. Beds were very comfortable, but unit could use some updating.

It worked

There was no communication from the host everything had to go through text and then it wasn’t always answered. I was supposed to be refunded but never got a it. The pieces of the bathroom's ceiling fell and hit me in the head. I also fell in the tub due to the bar not being secure and I head to get injections in my knee! So. I’ll never stay agai.

Amazing Stay

Our stay here for a basketball tournament was great! Everything was clean! Everything you needed was in the condo! The view is like no other!! And the bed was super soft! It was plenty of space for my family and the girls loved the loft with the spiral stair case! If we have another tournament we will be back!

Great space!

The cabin was about a 20-30 minute drive east of Gatlinburg, which ended up being a blessing. Driving through Gatlinburg to get into the Smokey Mountains National Park sometimes took longer than our drive from the cabin to Gatlinburg; thankfully, we found an alternative route that circumvented Gatlinburg and let us get into the park without as much traffic. The drive up to the resort has a lot of narrow and winding bends, but the roads are well-maintained. We had issues with wasps on the deck, but maintenance came twice within 30 minutes of us making a request to deal with them. The amenities of the cabin were excellent and all worked as described.

Family vacation at Stairway to Heaven

The location is perfect. The maids have not been cleaning. cob webs. hair on bed sheets. There were not pans to fry bacon, no way to make pancakes. Overall, the unit would be perfect, except needing a deep clean and more kitchen pots and pans. the facilities sauna, pool, hot tub, nasty, black mold. Not clean at all. No one but guest on site. Hot tub warm, sauna not on. Don't thin k the owner can control these items. Grill broken not able to use Overall needs TLC.

Excellent Location and Property

Located just a short drive from the main strip of Gatlinburg. Our family had a wonderful experience at this location. The property exceeded our expectations and the check in process was a breeze. Especially loved the security on site and the keyless entry. Ed was amazing in communicating via text throughout our stay. Would definitely revisit.

I liked this place. The view is truly spectacular. The place was set up nice and the AC worked great. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, as were the steam room and sauna. Overall, there could be a few improvements but certainly none that should make you choose another place. They need to touch up the paint in spots, nothing so bad that you should be turned off. The linens and towels could use a refresh. Some bleach stains were seen on both. Finally, some of the furniture has some normal wear and tear that may bother some people, but not me. I personally wasn't a fan of whatever laundry soap they use for their linens, just a personal preference. The place is about a 30-50 minute (traffic) ride to Pigeon Forge and a little less for Gatlinburg. We didn't mind because the scenery is beautiful. We got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs while coming down the mountain which was amazing. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
