The open living space boasts a vibrant seating area with plenty of seating and a TV. You’ll find custom cabinetry with cookware essentials, stainless steel appliances, and island seating in the kitchen. The formal dining room table seats six guests, and the spacious deck is out of the sliding glass doors with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill. There are two primary bedrooms with TVs, ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers, and balconies, one on each living floor. The upstairs guest bedrooms have crisp linens, plenty of storage space, and balcony access, and they share a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with a shower and tub combination. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. 4 cars maximum can park at this home, and only the east side of the garage is available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Love this property!

This property was just what we needed for our stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Close to Pine Ave and Ugly Grouper (our favorite), pool was wonderful, TVs in every room! We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home

This house was beautiful, with plenty of room for our extended family. The pool was fantastic, even with the beach being a short one block walk away. Great communication with rental agent.

We really enjoyed this property. The house is beautiful and fully equipped for everything you’ll need on vacation. It is a very close walk to the beach and there were numerous beach chairs to be used there. The property was clean with plenty of linens. It was nice having a good washer and dryer to do batches of clothes before we left. If we go to Ana Maria Island again we’ll definitely stay at this property.

Very nice place and good location close to the beach. Addition information about area attractions and restaurants would be helpful. We are used to getting a booklet with all area information and maps, bus routes etc. everything worked as it should

Amazing stay for a large family

We were just married on AMI and knew we would need a lot of room for our family of six and friends and family throughout the week. This home is gorgeous! There was plenty of room for our large group. Each room was decorated with a beautiful coastal decor. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were stunning, and there was ample storage for the wedding decor we had to bring with us. The pool was a great place to unwind after long days at the beach or making wedding preparations. All of our guests were amazed! The location is great, close to everything, but we also didn't feel like we were right on top of our neighbors. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. However the pool alarms didn’t work properly, the pool lights did not work and the smart stove was frustrating and inconsistent. The management company was alerted to these issues and came out to work on them but in the end did not meet expectations.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your 4 star review and feedback. One pool alarm had a malfunction upon your arrival and I was happy to send our service tech out upon you call to replace it. Also, we had the appliance technician check the stovetop and pans in which was working when he was there. Yes, the pool light was not working in which has been replaced since your stay. Thanks again and we hope to have you stay with us again in the future.
