This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, twin over full bunk bed in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

We had a great trip and were completely satisfied with our experience with ECDI! They offered early check-ins and late check outs. They were very accommodating and the communication was great! The room was super clean and the attention to detail with the pool was great! We will never rent anywhere else again. The Boardwalk and ECDI will be the only condo and service we will ever use again! We were really sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed here every year for almost 20 years.I am sorry to say that it is getting run down.I no age is inevitable. But I wish yall would build a new condo . But I still love the parking which was crowded but is easy and close. the pool closed three days we were there.But really we come for the Beach. Its just losing its beauty.

Great Family Vacation

The resort was great with fast elevators and a restaurant onsite that was delicious. They have a small store onsite as well. They had plenty of dishes as well. It was clean for us as well.

This property is beautiful. It was so clean, inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was easy access to anything we needed. It is definitely on the list for a return trip in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The condo was wonderful! It was very spacious for our group, it was clean, had everything we needed. The owners were easy to get ahold of it we needed anything. The location of the condo was great, close enough to restaurants and attractions but not right in the middle of everything. The building itself was great too, the lobby, pool area, and common areas were always clean!The beach side bar/restaurant was amazing - the food and drinks were delicious! Will definitely rent again!

The rules

While some people scoffed at the overly enforced rules as far as armbands and no balls in the pool, We appreciated that rules need to be enforced. We have stayed at other condos with no enforcement of certain rules like smoking in the pool area and rough housing by the pool. Yes, the no ball rule could be specific to hard footballs and soccer balls, but even the small nerf balls were banned. The security guard forced my daughter to go upstairs immediately to put on her armband when she was trying to corral two children 3 and 2 years. There was no grace or appreciation for wrangling 2 small children, and the rest of our party including the 3 year old had armbands on. Also, I noticed the splash area had algae around the rim of the small pool area. Mostly we enjoyed our stay, it was quite pleasant and I appreciated the level of security. There was some debris under the couches which looked as is they had not been vacuumed under in a while, but the kitchen was well appointed and we had all we needed to make simple dishes like eggs and chicken nuggets. My husband and I would stay there again. Also, they had 5 elevators which were fast. I also liked that the management let us know of certain activities that we might enjoy around PCB.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: able to check in a bit early, curtains easily slide to reveal great floor to ceiling view of Gulf, access to fitness center, minor problems handled well.Cons: Rented at end-of-peak season - so it's time for a deep clean and fixing of some cupboard doors - and please label the remotes! (1-5 ratings given in consideration of rental being at the end of peak season)

Blocked way to beach

The room was great. However, they had both entries to the beach blocked, including everything for handicapped, and had to go to ground floor and take the stairs. Which included lifting wagons up the stairs if you had them. If pool was closed, which happened often, it was locked so you couldn’t get to the beach through that way either.

Lovely Unit

I looked at at least 100 condos before I decided on this one. I was not disappointed. If you rent it you want be disappointed either. I’ve stayed at other Boardwalk condos before
 this by far is my favorite!

It was nice, but won't be going back to PCB anytime soon

This condo has a good location for Panama City Beach. Both booking and check-in was super easy and convenient. I went with my husband and 3 kids under 10. I would not go back and would recommend going to a different location in the panhandle for families. PCB is essentially pretty run down and not much has changed in over 20 years. Walking distance to a few ok restaurants but also the best ice cream shop on the beach :) As for the condo unit, the balcony has a perfect view. The beach is beautiful. The condo was mostly clean. It could use some updates. The sofas are comfortable but falling apart.

This unit was very nice and very clean. Fantastic property.

The resort was very nicely maintained. The elevators and parking where hassle free. We had a very nice stay. Our only complaint is the living room furniture was pretty rough. It should be updated. The rest of the furniture is older also but still nice. Very nice property that we would rent again.

Great Experience At Affordable Rate

Property was as described in VRBO. I really had no complaints as everything we needed was included. You are pretty well on your own and no need for contact with staff besides in and out of property. Location is great and makes it easy to get to most locations quickly. Thank you for an awesome family trip with great memories!

Perfect condo

This condo is exactly as promised. It's bigger than we imagined with 2 large bedrooms and a bonus room with bunk beds. The balcony is huge with nice patio furniture. We loved the beautiful oceanfront views. The only con was the sundries store and the gym weren't open. The might be because of covid but I don't know that. This was our first time in PCB and if we come back, we will definately stay here! A+!!

Great condo

The view of the beach was perfect and the condo was nice. However I do think that it is time to replace the living room furniture it's very worn out with holes/ tears in it. There was a glitch with the door sensors that turned off the hvac system so we were without heat and air conditioning for half of our stay. Overall we enjoyed staying there and would stay there again.
