PrÚs d'attractions locales, des restaurants et des parcours de golf, mais à l'abri sur une partie tranquille de South Thomas conduire dans une zone de bungalows sur la plage, Boardwalk Beach Resort semble un monde loin de la foule et de la circulation de Front Beach Road. Situé sur un incroyable 1700 pieds de vierge face à la plage sur le sucre de sable blanc de la Golfe du Mexique, tout sur le Boardwalk est haut de gamme.

Notre condo est trÚs spacieux à 1380 pieds carrés, offrant beaucoup d'espace pour vous et votre famille et les amis d'étaler et de profiter (comparez cela aux typiques 2 BR condos sur la plage qui ne sont que de 1000 à 1100 SF). La chambre principale est énorme et luxueux, et directement sur le Golfe. Les vues depuis votre propre balcon privé sont étonnants!

Bien sûr, votre condo comprend toutes les fonctionnalités haut de gamme que vous attendez, comme tous les téléviseurs neufs LED à écran plat, une grande cuisine complÚte avec comptoirs en granit, pleine table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6, de neuf pieds plafonds avec moulures, carrelage dans les hall, cuisine, salle à manger et salle de bain, baignoires et douches en marbre de culture, douche et bain séparés de jardin dans le bain maßtre, et en peluche et une literie confortable avec des matelas Simmons Beautyrest flambant neuf.

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and each time has been wonderful. Knowing that you can get a hold of the host anytime is a blessing. John and Becky have made their condo very welcoming to us. I love that they decorate for the seasons makes you feel like you are home. I also love that the building is in great condition and that security is around and friendly to the guests. The most beautiful thing about this condo is the views of the ocean. From the dining/living room and the master bedroom the views are amazing. Thank you so much for providing such a welcoming and beautiful home while on vacation/Ironman event.

Excellent Condo!! The views are amazing. Condo was extremely clean and tidy. Host was very responsive to all my questions before booking it. Note to all individuals in a wheelchair..you can get into every bedroom! Condo is also very close to the elevators. Would highly recommend booking this condo!

We had a great stay 7/19/25 - 7/29/25! The condo was very clean, plenty of space for 5 of us and our 10yr old son loved the smaller 3rd bedroom, it was a perfect space for him to have to himself. The views are spectacular, beds were comfy, the owner John was easy to work with and super responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Paradise!

This is the perfect vacation rental on Panama City beach for adults! This is more of a relaxed adult and family atmosphere which is what we were looking for. The pool and hot tubs were great and we loved the fact that you don’t even have to leave the property since the tiki bar has excellent food and drinks. Can’t wait to come back!! The views from the 21st floor can’t be beat.

Amazing!! Not Crowded! Fantastic Owner

If you like the high condos without the overcrowded watches and great employees stay here! Owner was fantastic to get ahold of and even had our room ready early so we got to hit the beach quicker. If ever you text, he would get back with you quickly. Even the kitchen had a good amount of dishes to choose from if you cook in condo.

Absolutely Amazing Condo

Going to the beach is always fun, but staying in this particular condo was the icing on my cake it was clean, it had comfortable beds, the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The washer broke, but John had a new one within an hour. I thank you very much for making my stay a memorable one. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent Property / Location

This condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The owners were quick to respond to any questions you may have. The resort itself was beautiful as well. Large pool, a tiki bar with excellent food and drinks as well as a convenient general store. The location is perfect (out of the hustle and bustle). The beach was not crowded. The only bummer was 2 days of double red flags which was uncontrollable. We will definitely be back.

This condo was great! Location perfect. It’s close enough to walk to some fun places, but the beach area is not overly crowded. Great layout, very clean, well stocked with essentials. Great view. The condo was very secure and condo staff was very nice. Owners very easy to communicate with.

We have been traveling to Panama City Beach for approximately 25 years. Love the breath-taking view from the condo. This is the second time we've stayed at this condo. Beds are so comfortable and owners are very accommodating.

We are John & Becky Ducote. We are local owners, having lived in the area since the mid 80s. We have dreamed for years of owning our own condo on the beach, and finally in 2013 were able to make it a reality. It is hard to believe it has already been 12 years now that we have been renting and sharing our condo.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When shopping for a condo we looked at lots of complexes, but very few give you that 'wow' feeling as does Boardwalk. It is just such a beautiful building, and everything is so nicely done. Walking into the front entrance, through the lobby and lounge, and to the pool area, you really feel like you are at a 5-star resort. Many of the other condos we looked at give you more of that budget motel feeling, with a small narrow pool crammed against the first-floor parking garage, and the pool edge only feet away from the fronts of parked cars. But not the Boardwalk! It is a true, full-featured resort.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Boardwalk is the perfect location, close to the area attractions, restaurants, and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas Drive, and set apart from other high-rises. The Boardwalk Convention Center is right next door, and is a venue for many of the area events such as Florida Ironman & Gulf Coast Triathalons, Gulf Coast Jam, and Thunder Beach bike weeks.

The entire area in front of the resort has recently been upgraded by Panama City Beach, and is just beautiful with paver & stamped-concrete sidewalks, landscaping, fountains, and park benches.

If you like golf, Signal Hill Golf Course is directly across the street. There are also the Hombre, Holiday, and Lagoon Legends golf courses, all within 5 miles.
