Welcome to Lolli & Pops! This 4 bedroom home including a separate game room and two main living spaces is a perfect retreat for the entire family. Enjoy a day on the lake and head back to the house to share stories around the outdoor fire pit. This is a perfect spot for your family lake trip!

Relax and have fun while creating unforgettable memories with the whole family. This beautiful home is tucked away on a private canal perfect for a family getaway. There are two living areas, one complete with a fun bar while the other over looks the water.

The canal is a great tucked away space perfect for kayaking, fishing, and more. Ramp access and a dock with boat lift. Boat rental options are available nearby.

MAIN LEVEL:
There are two spacious living areas, kitchen, dining space with a table large enough to fit 10.

* Primary Bedroom 1 - King bed with full bathroom
* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and Twin trundle with full bathroom (access from bedroom and main room).

UPPER LEVEL:
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Daybed with trundle
Nook Space - 2 trundle beds and 1 twin. Perfect for the kiddos.

Bathroom - Jack & Jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

PLEASE NOTE: stairs are narrow and steep.

Sleeps 15 people plus parking for 5 cars.

Guests will have access to the main house, game room complete with pool table/ping pong table, canal and boat ramp (boat rentals available nearby). There is an accessible dock to keep your boat in the back of the house.

2 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards available for use during your stay. The water in the canal is calm and perfect for relaxing. Boat ramp access is available nearby and plenty of space to dock your boat or jet skis in the water along the back of the home.

Access to the main lake by boat or kayak is approximately 300 feet from the home.

We are available any time before and during your stay if you have questions.

NOTE: FOR CHANNEL ACCESS to/from the main lake, there is a 6 foot clearance. You will need to LOWER your ski tower or bimini top.

A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are a few spices available if needed. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets, beach towels, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a grocery store 3.5 miles away. The large grocery store in Marble Falls has delivery service.

Great Friends Weekend

There was plenty of space for the 12 of us to hang out. The house was well stocked - plenty of supplies in the kitchen and plenty of toilet paper and towels in the bathrooms. We rented a boat one day and the rental place was very close by. We had a great time!

July Birthday Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this lovely house for my daughter's 18th birthday to celebrate with extended family. We enjoyed being right on the water and being able to kayak, paddleboard, and fish. The house had plenty of space to spread out in... but we found the cousins all smooshed together on the couch enjoying watching tv together in the heat of the day. Texas summers can be really hot and the downstairs stayed pretty cool except for the front room by the carport. The upstairs far right bedroom had the hardest time cooling off, but luckily we found a fan that made that room bearable. There were plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen and we were glad to see a crockpot! The only suggestions we would make would be to have a few kitchen towels provided. There was only one and so when drying dishes we had to get a towel out of the bathroom to use because the paper towels weren't going to work. Also if you go in the heat of the summer- the game room won't be useable even late at night because it will be just too hot- a window unit ac or even some stand up fans might make this room more useable. Thank you so much for the use of your house and always responding quickly to any questions we had!

Nice and Quiet Neighborhood

House was set up nicely for our 8 guests. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. Comfortable back patio with lots of shade trees. We really enjoyed our stay.

LOTS OF ROOM & GREAT LOCATION - could improve the 'comfort' issues

We stayed a 3 day holiday weekend at this house. The location is great with many state parks and destinations nearby. Also grocery store is not far away. We enjoyed the weekend and appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths so our three families could stay in the same house, and the large table allowed for us to share meals. We used the kayaks and paddled around in the canal (a second double oar would have been nice). There were plenty of beach towels provided. Also enjoyed the game room and the water toys. (needs to be chalk for the pool table) – the game room isn’t A/C, so we opened windows and used fans. We enjoyed the large seating areas for t.v. viewing. The kitchen was adequate, all appliances worked, and there were dishes and pans, etc. (although some of the pans were a bit worn) We used the gas grill outside and it worked fine. The stairs don’t have a hand rail that can be easily grasped, so it may be difficult for the young or mobility impaired. And, there are some COMFORT issues in the house should be addressed. Air conditioning - We didn’t know that there were two thermostats –one in Living Room and one in corner of master bedroom, so we didn’t turn the 2nd one down immediately. There is not a dedicated a/c unit to the upstairs, so one must over-cool the downstairs in order to cool the upstairs. Beds – The master bedroom bed is quite comfortable. However, the frame to the full/queen in the other downstairs bedroom is wobbly and the mattress too soft. The upstairs bunk beds squeak and kept others from getting to sleep. Chairs – at dining table. Upholstered fabric – not a good choice - had food spots and wear – the springs in the chairs are worn-out and the seats are uncomfortable – one has a metal spring sticking out. And what is up with that strange trash can? Why won’t the lid open when the button is pressed? Is it high-tech and needs a battery? Wouldn’t a simple trash can be better? We had a good weekend, and enjoyed that the house was large enough for all of us, but it could have been better if these comfort issues were resolved. So overall, I would give this house “B”.

Nice Property

The property was nice and the kids loved the Kayaks and paddle boards. Master bedroom was very nice and bed and linens were comfortable. Beautiful view! Only negative that I was not notified that the ice makers were not working and we had to go back into town for ice after arriving. Also propane tank ran out which was another inconvenience. Other than that , it was a great stay.

Lakeside

Overall we all had a wonderful time. There was a problem with the septic system when we arrived and we weren’t able to use the bathrooms, the owners were unavailable so we had to deal with it ourselves. But that said it didn’t spoil our stay and the house is in a beautiful spot so peaceful and relaxing the games room was great. A great place for families.

Awesome house!

Great place and we really enjoyed it! I will say, we have a wakeboarding boat, so I will warn anyone who wants to use this house with a inboard motor...very tricky to get from the main channel to the house. A very low bridge (having to drop our tower unexpected with all our gear on it and low water levels (less than 3feet) made it a bit hectic getting to the house on the waterway.... especially with a high dollar boat... it’s a 21ft boat, and it wouldn’t fit on the boat lift. The channel is very calm, so we able to leave the boat tied to the dock but it rained several times hard overnight and our boat got very wet inside.... not ideal....and a bit frustrating... Everything was great with the house, but the owner should be WAY more careful to explain this part of the deal on the property description. I won’t use this house again for that reason, but everything else was really nice and well appointed!! Great location and very versatile home for a large group! Good times in this house! If you don’t have an inboard motor, I would say 100% go for it!

A nice family get away

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Kingsland over Easter weekend. We felt that this property was a nice place to stay and appreciated the large dining table and multiple seating areas for all of us to gather and enjoy each other's company. Although the property functioned well, there were a number of details that could use improvement. A hazardous broken tile in the middle of the entryway, cracked bar stools and missing curtains were the most glaring problems. All could be easily fixed with a little TLC.

Great stay!

Our stay at Tammara's property was fantastic. There were so many activities to enjoy with our kids ranging from 3-10. They really enjoyed the play room, fishing and kayaking in the canal, and the yard is big enough for yard games like washers and throwing frisbees and footballs. We also brought our 22' I/O boat which fit nicely in the slip and lift. Navigating the canal out to open water was a bit tricky and shallow at times but we got the hang of it. We took it slow and used the oar in the boat a few times to keep us in the center of the canal. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Definitely felt like we were staying in someone's family vacation home rather than a lightly stocked rental. I'd recommend Tammara's place to anyone looking for fun filled times at LBJ. Thanks Tammara!

Family time

My family and I have been planning a to get out of town for the last several months to enjoy some bonding time and relaxation. This property allowed us to do just that. There were plenty of rooms for all of our family members and the dinning room was great to bring us together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the water toys provided by the property and the big yard. The property manager was great to communicate with and helpful with suggestions on food and activities. We look to return in the future when the weather is warmer.

This was a beautiful lake house. Plenty of room. Stocked with everything you can imagine. The property manager went above expectations! She was so easy to work with and helped me with questions multiple times. Highly recommend!

Family Bonding

Our time was wonderful. The place was very nice but we wish it had been closer to the Colorado River....like walk out the door and get in the water since our group ranges in age from 2-73. There were 15 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Two comments: two of the slate tiles slopping up into the kitchen were broken causing two year old to stumble and long window sill in dining room was popping up ( another tripping hazy). All in all a great fun time!
