Step into this inviting apartment adorned with vibrant hardwood floors and pops of color curated by a local artist. 3. Quiet Hours: We love our neighbors! Maintain respectful noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit, ensuring privacy with no recording. Fines will apply for violations, and legal action will be taken.
4. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 3. The unit is stocked enough for no more than 3 people. If you would like to accommodate additional guests, please get prior approval before check in. Fees may apply. 5. Pets are welcome with prior approval and fees paid prior to your arrival. Any damages accrued by your pet will be assessed and will be deducted from your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with an undisclosed/unapproved pet.
