The Space

Step into a stylish fusion of modern design and beachside charm in this newly built custom home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The bright, open-concept main floor is the heart of the home, featuring a comfortable living area, a dining space, and a gorgeous gourmet kitchen.

FLOORPLAN:
First Floor: Features the main primary suite with a king bed and a spacious, spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a free-standing tub. This floor also includes the main living and dining areas, a laundry room, a half bath, and two covered patios.
Second Floor: Contains four additional bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two king bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. A third king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the bunkroom, which has one full-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire home.

Additionally, you will have full access to the exclusive amenities within the gated community of Destiny West, including:

We also provide a variety of beach gear for your use, including chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart.

Extras

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please be aware that there are recording devices on the exterior of the property, located in the front and back of the house.
Guest Services: To make your vacation even more relaxing, we can recommend a local grocery delivery service that can stock your kitchen before you arrive.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
