Long term availability. Indulge in the full Waco experience in this gorgeous, newly furnished Magnolia-inspired brick beauty located just a hop, skip and a jump to downtown! This modern farmhouse has been lovingly stocked with everything you need to feel right at home during your stay. The open-concept floor plan is perfect for gathering while cooking, eating, and hanging out. The living room and primary bedroom have 75” TVs, and the cozy guest bedrooms have 65” TVs for your peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Centrally located in close proximity of:
Magnolia market 0.7 miles, Baylor University 1.1 miles, the historic Waco Suspension Bridge 1.7 miles, Cameron Park Zoo 2.1 miles, and Waco Surf 9.4 miles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals (Joanna Gaines cookbook is provided!). The living room has a 75” smart tv, books and games, and big comfy couches for relaxing. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a 75” smart tv. The two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and 65” smart tvs, while the guest bathroom has a full shower/tub combo. The large, private backyard is perfect for little ones to run and play, and the covered patio is ideal for hanging out while barbecuing on the grill, and enjoying the gas firepit!

This place was perfect for 6 for Baylor graduation. The beds were comfy, close to everything, super clean and well stocked kitchen. The living area had plenty to seat all of us as well. Across the street from a middle school but super quiet at night. Would highly recommend staying here. Great host as well!

The house is updated and has so many details that help make a great stay. It's spacious and close to all the Waco hot spots. Amanda was super responsive and easy to work with.

Super comfortable and well appointed home right across the street from a middle school. The location was great as everything is just minutes away. The sofas were so comfortable and big TV so nice, we loved watching football and movies there too.

Extremely clean home. Welcoming and comfortable. Perfect for 6 people. I loved that so many little items are available such as an iron, cling wrap, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Waco Spring Break Getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was exactly as described, decorated beautifully and comfy to relax in after sightseeing. Lots of little surprise amenities we were grateful for as well. The location was ideal, close to everything! I highly recommend this property!

In town for a Baylor graduation, we loved this house. The interior is stunning. The exterior does not do it justice but it’s fine. The bedrooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are both functional and attractive. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. I strongly recommend this home.

Amanda was great and her communication was always quick. Due to our daughter getting a concussion, we weren’t able to stay and had to cancel last minute. I’m sure the property is beautiful and if we ever make it back to Waco, we will book with Amanda again because of her excellent service.

Location perfect for Baylor parents

The Brick Beauty is a short drive to Baylor campus or the magnolia shopping area. Our host was very responsive and even accommodated early check-in. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked….Including little things like extra toothbrushes, coffee Kcups, paper plates, spices. Considering the close location and quality of the house it was an exceptional find. Will try to stay there again on our next visit.

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at this place before when I was in Waco working and was so impressed I looked for this place again for this trip. It’s super clean and everything you could possibly need is there. The host Amanda is great very quick to respond. When I’m back in Waco working next time I’ll definitely be looking for this place again. You can’t go wrong

Will DEFINITELY book again!!

Absolutely spotless, and I’m very picky! Had everything we needed, and the NICEST bedding linens - so clean smelled nice, not weird like some places do, and the mattresses were so perfect and comfortable (we have a tempurpedic at home for comparison). Amanda called me right away when I had a question:) Will be booking for Baylor graduation!
